22 Company Property Management

I am an entrepreneur that has retired after selling my companies. I rented an apartment from 22 Company Property Management for nearly 3 years.
The ‘parent’ company is St. Louis Closet Company, but brag that they have 150+ units. The maintenance man, (they employed 2 men), as well as their customer service is horrific. Every request for maintenance was responded to, but it became clear their «repairs» were stop-​gap, short cuts, and the real issues were not fixed.
My heating bills were sky high, mostly due to windows that did not fully close.
The extent to which this company will go to cover their tails is repulsive.
The lady they refer to as Property manager happens to be related to the Owner. No self respecting tenant or «customer» should ever have to deal with this person. A rude, argumentative and condescending individual that likely would not have a job, if the company was not «in the family».
The rent was high for the neighborhood, I encourage you to look elsewhere. You will find a comparable unit in the area for less and not feed more money into such a slimy business.
Please do a little more research unless you don’t really care about the esthetics of a firm, and how poorly it’s managed.
