History
Established in 2013.
DSC started as a subleased corner and «one man show» in the grungy basement of a now closed family owned facility. On one fateful day a young athlete walked through the doors and asked «are you the Dungeon guy?» and the fitness industry in the Twin Cities changed forever.
That one kiddo soon grew to a small core of athletes…
Soon, the parents wanted to know if we’d help them out, too!
We did, and soon outgrew the small corner of that basement and in May of 2013 set up shop in a small, 1700 square foot warehouse space with nothing but fun workouts, essential equipment, bad jokes, and loud music!
Two years later and we’ve grown a thriving community of fun-as-heck humans, have knocked down another wall and doubled the size of our space again, and are changing more lives than ever.
