THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, IF YOU HAVE ABOUT 3 MONTHS TO WAIT, FOR HALF DONE SERVICE, THEN BY ALL MEANS CHOOSE THEM. IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If I could give a negative star I would. I brought my car to this shop in October and did not receive it back till the end of December. Not only did this place take 3 months to fix my car but, with little to no communication as far as why it was taking so long. Every time i called to ask how long it was going to take, i was given an attitude. When i told him my insurance will not pay for a rental any longer so i need to know when to expect my car back, he said it was not his problem. Once i finally received my car back, then dent was still noticeable (very half done) also my wheel popped not only a few hours from leaving the shop, a «brand new’ tire popped like a balloon while I was on the highway on Christmas day, with my nephew in the car, only to find out they never even replaced the damaged tire; amateurs. I’m hesitant to even take the car back in fear they might not do a good job again but i don’t feel i should have to pay twice for the same work. AVOID this place at all cost. and to top in off they only accept cash. which is probably so they can pocket most of the money. this place is a complete ripp off. they kept asking me about an insurance check that was issued to me because they wanted more money for work that was not even completed. I am very dissatisfied and upset with my service or lack there of, and i will be going back at my inconvenience to get it «RE fixed.» I will update my review once its done to reflect any positive changes if so. Meanwhile save yourself the time, the headache and the money and choose another shop.

Great guys! I’ve gone to them on three separate occasions for various issues… I have always been treated fairly and the work was always excellent. The last time I was there, the gentleman told me «we could call Audi and order a part… That’s gonna run you about 800 bucks. Instead, we can just rivet it together… Perfectly safe, it doesn’t show, I would do it this way if I were you». Who would not love a repair station that would give you that kind of advice?

I took my Audi for repair at Millburn Collision, at the advice of the Audi dealership which is pretty much next door to them.
They did a pretty good job, they do a lot of Audi work but they do many other cars as well it seems. My car was hit by another vehicle so the other persons insurance was paying for it, and MC was cooperative, took their quote and accepted it, as well as accepting the insurance company issued check. They have the system down pretty well.
There’s also an Enterprise car rental across from them. Didn’t find their selection of cars to be the best, or cleanest, but they work well with insurance carriers as well so the process was smooth.
Cons: MC took about 3 – 4 days longer than the quoted time. Was OK cause my rental was covered by insurance anyhow, but just something to keep in mind.

Thank you for fixing my Audi A7. Your collision center did a wonderful job. Thank you for using original parts and not aftermarket. Your communication with me throughout this whole month was perfect. Not too much but just enough.
I love how most of the cars you work on are exotics and high-​end models.
