My family is from the East coast and we are always on the look out for NY style pizza. This place is really good and the owner and staff are super friendly. Prices are reasonable too. Support a local business, you’ll be glad you did! Yum!

Well Nino’s is your place. Brooklyn style pies at a reasonable price. A great local pizza place and the only one around that sells by the slice. Both Coke and Pepsi products to go with your pizza. Owner is friendly and always on hand. This place is worth your time.

My son says: «The pizza is good» and says all of you HAVE to go in and try it. Are you going to tell my kid he’s wrong?
We go on a regular basis and split the two slice and a soda deal for 5.88. Big slices, great flavor. My son is clearly a genius.

My kids spotted one of their signs in the neighborhood and wanted to stop by for a couple slices and a drink after school. I’m glad we did because we found our favorite pizza place. Ever since, we’ve been ordering at least once a week. It’s a small little shop that is worth taking a chance on. Take advantage of the great coupons they have on their web site and check them out. This pizza is solid!

Hands down one of the best places in MN to get pizza. I enjoy black sheep and pizzeria Lola and this is right up there with them. The crust is perfect and the ingredients are fresh

In terms of their pizza, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The sauce was a nice balance of salty, sweet, and spicy; it was much more developed than most pizza sauces in the Twin Cities. The crust was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, again another plus. We had the Gabby Girl pizza, which came with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and onions. Aside from the fact that it had a bit too much cheese on it (the downfall of most midwestern pizzas), it was a decently balanced dish and I would be happy to order it again.
The real disappointments were the antipasta salad and the bruschetta. In terms of the salad, it was nice to see a bed of mixed greens as opposed to iceberg lettuce; that was nice. What really disappointed was the handfuls of canned olives that were thrown in, and I do mean handfuls. Every single bite was overwhelmingly canned olives. The dressing was a poor quality ‘spicy Italian’ version, and there were handfuls of cheese on top. This salad needed less olives, less cheese, and a better Italian dressing.
As for the bruschetta, the slices of bread were obviously meant for ‘cheesy garlic bread’ and were thicker than any of us could get into our mouths. The ‘bruschetta’ tomatoes had almost no basil and no sort of flavor other than tomato. The fact that this also had cheese thrown on top and was then broiled took away any juiciness that the tomatoes should have had. I would never order the antipasta salad or the bruschetta again.
The pizza is definitely worth it, though, and I would definitely return again, though I would definitely stay away from the salad or bruschetta that we ordered.

So good. Huge slices loaded with toppings. Two slices and a soda for under six bucks is a great deal.

Great and friendly service! We ordered the Milano and it tasted so good. You can tell they use all fresh ingredients.

I’m from the east coast and if you’re looking for an authetic New York style pizza, this is the place. Excellent crust, sauce and they didn’t skimp on cheese & toppings either. Just my first time in, but I’ll be back for more! Pricing is good too, especially for real, hand made pizza. Much better than the pizza factory franchises that are everywhere.

Great to see an authentic slice of pie in the neighborhood. Have the cheese with oregano and Parmesan cheese! The best! The owner is from the mother land of Sicily. It is as authentic as you will find in the Twin Cities. This hidden little gem will out do itself when it comes to your expectations.
The crust is just crisp enough on the outside with a warn chewy inside. Fold it in half and enjoy. The sauce you can tell is hand made and is not sweet or sour, it is just right! Don’t pass up the opportunity for a slice for lunch or order an entire pie for the fam in the evening. What a treat!

Yep! Nino’s is real deal! Their crust is spot on. I always love the crispy reheat crunch. They are in my hood. Dangerous!!! Keep it up Nino’s.

I was pleasantly surprised by this new pizzeria. I stopped in for lunch and had their special 2 slices and a pop for $ 5.50. It’s a New York Style pizza. Nino has a few sitting out with various toppings and then will throw them in the oven when you place your order. I like this technique as you are assured a hot slice every time. The flavors were definitely there. I thought it was a bit light on the cheese and toppings, however. But it was good enough to get me excited to order a full pizza some night. Prices seemed very reasonable and I saw the website had coupons making it an even better deal. The owner was very nice and even had a thick Eye-​Talian accent to make you feel like you were somewhere in the Sicilian countryside. Even though you were in a run down strip mall in Maplewood…

This was the best Bacon Cheeseburger pizza ever. The crust is what sent this over the top. I will absolutely order again.

I was working and drove by this place. I noticed they sold pizza by the slice for lunch, so I decided to give it a try. By far the best lunch decision I’ve made this month. This Pizza was fantastic ! 2x huge slices, and a can of soda for only $ 5.88 including tax. The crust was perfect, the ingredients were high quality, and Fabio, who was working the counter, and whom I’m assuming is the owner, was extremely friendly!
This place is a little Gem… Do not pass up the chance to try it out!

My pizza came to $ 17.22, including a $ 3 coupon. I picked it up myself and charged it. When I received my account statement, the charge was shown as $ 20.22. Either they simply added the value of the coupon back onto the bill, or they gave themselves a generous tip. Either way, it’s a crooked thing to do. The pizza itself was very similar to Pizza Hut, though the slices are cut so large that they are hard to handle. I won’t be going back to Nino’s, and hope to find a good pizza place in the area.

I never thought I would try Chicken Alfredo pizza but I took the chance and it was amazing. The chicken is seasoned and cooked fresh, even the bacon bits were real. There were plenty of fresh mushroom and onions on the pizza. The alfredo sauce was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

Nino’s New York style pizza is to die for! The hand tossed New York style crust is foldable and delicious, and toppings are so fresh. You can also get pesto instead of pizza sauce, which I highly recommend you try. The prices are fantastic and they offer pizza by the slice, which is nice. Definitely will order again.

Excellent New York style pizza. A huge 16″ with pepperoni is just $ 14.94 delivered! Crust is everything in NY pizza, and this good. Sauce is also good– not too sweet. Crispy, cheesy and foldable. We also enjoyed a calzone and a hot dago. Both are unique to this place and were different but very good as well.
