My first time being in the store and new to the violin in general, I didn’t know what to expect. I was overwhelmed with the warm welcoming I received. All the staff were very friendly and went out of there way to help me find the products I was searching for, as well as being informitive with all of my questions. I received personal one-​on-​one attention with everything. A great crew to work with. They sell and service all string instruments from what I could tell and they also have a rental program. The prices are about what is expected and what I believe being competitive for a good quality product. The customer service alone is worth every bit.

This store is definitely top notch for rental and repair of stringed instruments. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Excellent professional support for your violin, viola, cello, or bass violin. I rent a cello from the store and I’ve been very pleased with both the instrument and the service.
