Marble Falls Glass & Mirror

I sell real estate in the area and have used this company before without issues. Currently I am working on a deal in which we need two windows replaced. I originally went in person to place the order and was given a quote for one window which we immediately approved. Then we found out another window was broken and called in. Because the window was the same size, the lady I spoke with told me it would be the same as previous quote so we went ahead and approved. I spoke again with the installer who went out to measure and then again to the office staff to approve and schedule. I was told windows would be installed last week. Today I called in to check status and was greeted by a lady that was very rude and not helpful and acted as if I was the one that did something wrong by not approving. She blamed me for the miscommunication even though I have been very responsive and communicated with this company on multiple occasions. Very disappointed and the windows have not even been installed yet. I hope the finished product is better than the attitude of the company employee

We called Marble Falls Glass & Mirror because they had an ad in our neighborhood phonebook and we wanted to use a local company. We had some windows cracked from the previous owner and because of the odd size of all of the windows, it was very expensive to replace all of the windows. Marble Falls Glass & Mirror came out promptly and replaced the single panes of glass that were cracked for a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier and have referred them to anyone who needs glass replaced!
