We first started off as Beacon Hill Realty but we worked on the North Shore and people thought we were located in Beacon Hill. So I had to change the name to North Shore Realty Advisors. We are sticking with this name!

Mr. Pouladian started his career in Real Estate at an early age coming from a family of Real Estate Investors within the Greater Boston area. The family business, Pouladian Properties, have been active Investors, Landlords, and Property Managers since 1978. Mr. Pouladian took over the position of Site Selection and Investment Acquisitions for Pouladian Properties in 2003 and currently still holds this position.

Mr. Pouladian became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2000 where he started his successful career as an Apartment Specialist. Understanding the aspects of being a landlord he was able to enhance his skills quickly, and soon became the highest producing Rental Agent out of 40 Associates within his office. He was promoted to office manager for 2 different offices within the Boston area where he would hire, train, and coach rental agents.

After 8 years working in the Allston/​Brighton, Brookline, Back-​Bay, Fenway, and Beacon Hill markets, Mr. Pouladian obtained his Broker’s Li
