La Miranda Nails & Spa

I had an awful and expensive experience at this nail salon. I asked them if they could do a gel french manicure with a silver line across. I was assured they could. Basically, all they did for the French was paint a white line across my nails and then put clear polish over it. There was no pink or white base underneath. Then for the silver line she got it all over my nail. I asked her to take it off because it looked disgusting and she had the nerve to be angry. Then she didn’t even take off all of the sparkles and she told me I was done. No massage nothing. I was charged $ 36 for a white line and clear nail polish and my fiancé was charged $ 18 to cut his cuticles. I definitely do not recommend this place.

My bridal party and I went there to get our nails and toes done before my wedding. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and accommodating. The place is very clean and They do a great job. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything :-)

Outstanding, We had a great time, my wife and I both went on our anniversary, got the works, massage (excellent) mani/​pedi, and facials (awesome). This is the place to go on marco island. We had a great time, excellent staff, I would recommend to anyone, they treated us like royalty. We had a blast, and will go back again, guys if you have never had a mani/​pedi, get it here with your wife, you will not regret it. Excellent, excellent, excellent. We will go back again.

Excellent!!! Came here with my mom for spa day (facials and nails) and the ladies were so pleasant and good at what they do! It was the perfect get away on vay-​cay to release all the stress built up from work. Highly recommend!

This is the best place on Marco to get your nails done. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is professional. They are very friendly and offer a wide range of services. I have never been disappointed. Spa services are also available here but I have not experienced any yet.

This salon came highly recommended by my friends. I’m a full time Island resident. I went there 4 times. I always have a French gel fill and pedi. The price is about $ 15-​$ 20 more than the other M. I. salons I’ve been using. And this is for one of the bottom tier pedicures. My main complaint: I paid $ 80 for a fill and pedi 3 weeks ago. It started to deteriorate at two weeks… when I went to another salon – they had to remove all of the fill and give me a new set! I had to buy a new gel set! I don’t know if it was the nail tech or the product. Compiled with my previous experiences and also the difficulties getting into this place. I will take my business elsewhere. Just an FYI– they have suggestion forms to «help» customers fill out reviews online. I don’t understand why so many people go there when there really are better options.

Living in the Dallas area, I have had my share of experiences with nail salons and this one was A+++. The staff was very customer service oriented… my 11 year old even noticed it. Tina took care of my nails masterfully, with such an attention to detail that inspired me. I had a patch of skin on my leg that was irritated from razor burn and she pulled out cream from her pocket to help soothe the irritation… it worked! The atmosphere is spa-​like, since it is a spa as well… soft music is playing in the background and you feel like you are a queen. The chair I sat in for my pedicure was worth the price of the pedicure alone!!! My hubby joined me for a pedicure and agreed that the entire experience was worth writing this review. I will come back!!!

I bought my mom a gift certificate for this place for Christmas. When I bought the certificate I asked for a receipt and I was told «we don’t do that». The certificate was very generic thus I wanted a receipt to be clear that it was from La Miranda. No dice.
My mom saved the gift certificate until now and made an appointment 2 weeks ago for today February 14^th at 9am. She showed up today and her name was no where to be found in the appointment book and was told that there were no slots left today. My mom explained that it needed to be done today (that is why she made the appointment 2 weeks ago) with close friends coming all the way from Canada to visit for the first time ever and to look nice for Valentines Day.
Since she needed to have her nails done today she requested a refund for the gift certificate so that she could go somewhere else asap. She was told that they do not give refunds. Meanwhile the place was filled with customers who were witnessing the whole thing (quite embarrassing!). My mom rightfully demanded a refund since they screwed up and finally after a lot of back and forth they gave it to her and she went elsewhere.
My mom is a Marco Island local, not just a tourist, and she is a member of many local clubs and my dad also lives and works on the island with many interactions of both locals and tourists. After such a horrible experience and bad customer service she will never be back and we will cetainly never refer anyone to La Miranda.
Thank you for ruining her Christmas present and Valentines Day all in one La Miranda, not too smooth! If you can’t even take care of the locals I feel really bad for the tourists. Avoid this place and go somewhere else on the island if you know whats best for you.

Im from the Boston area and needed a pedi during my stay on Marco Island. Loved loved this spot! Clean, relaxing, positive. Good color selection too. I got the clean sport pedi and left there better than expected even! Shiny, relaxed and ready to show my feet off in sandals.

I have been here many times. I Live on Marco Island and continue to visit La Miranda because it is the best. Daylyn usually does my nails and she is my favorite because I have had her the most often. But I have stopped in many times without appointments and have had almost everyone do my mani –pedis at one time or another. The staff is very professional, friendly, and they always make sure I get what I want. The salon is always spotless and beautifully decorated inside. Joe and Anna-​the owners, know me by name when I come in which always makes me feel special. I can not imagine anyone going to La Miranda Nail and Spa and not leaving feeling like a queen (or king).

I have been coming here for years! First, when we were snow birds. I was so impressed with the way they presented the pedi creams on a tray with a flower and how soothing the décor was, I took a picture to show my salon at home. Now, we have moved to this area permanently and even though I don’t live on Marco, I make the drive down to go to this nail spa. I love it and all the staff are very friendly!

I visited this place three weeks ago for a pedicure, the place was clean and they made sure the «basin» for the next person was clean and disinfected! Hard to find these days. The professional doing my nails was kind and did a wonderful job. By the way, the pedicure still looks great after two weeks! Prices are in line with other places but naturally everyone would like things to be less expensive. :-).

I took my two friends here on the suggestion of the Hilton Hotel. We had a car so it was easy to get to. We loved the experience here, very well done, very clean and very honest. Ann, Sandra and two others did our manicure and pedicures. All three of us were thrilled at the quality of work done. Many locals were there and said it is the best place to go for nails. Would go back again, very fair price for quality of work.

been about a week and my manicure is still pretty much intact, pedicure will last a long time. friend and i splurged for a mani pedi, a very pleasant experience beautiful spa but $ 55 for a mani/​pedi is a bit steep. I pay $ 35 in Ft Laud for a very similar experience, but then again I suppose this is MarcoIsland so I guess people wont miss the $ 20 difference. staff was very nice, limited color choices.

My son and I wanted a massage today, went with the good ratings that La Miranda received for their salon. Great choice, all the staff was awesome, massage was tops (no happy ending).

Went in today and had a very positive experience. Mani and pedi were terrific and loved Crystal my nail tech! Very clean, relaxed, and professional!

Had a blissfull manicure and pedicare package. Ampi was my nail tech and was fantastic! The place was very nicely decorated, clean and quiet. State of the art pedicare chairs with massage built in the chair. Will go back when visiting Marco again!

I visited this salon during a vacation/​conference with my husband in Oct 2010. I was looking for a place to relax and get a pedicure while my husband was in meetings. I found this salon online and called to get an appointment. They were a few minutes away from the resort and able to fit me in quickly. The salon was gorgeous and had a very calming atmosphere. I have NEVER had a better pedicure in my life and my 20 minute massage left me feeling ready for my day. The only regret I have was not being able to convince them to all move the entire salon to Austin!
