We are a full service scuba diving shop. We offer local dive trips for certified and Non-​certified divers, open water certifications, advanced classes, equipment sales, rentals, and service. We do air and Nitrox fills and inspections. Weather you live here year round or are just visiting, would like to just TRY scuba in the pool or are part fish we have a dive that will work for you. We love sharing the underwater world with everyone. No hurries, no worries, no troubles, just bubbles. Patience and kindness always free.

History

Established in 1998.

Capt. Jeff Dawson obtained his Captain’s license in 1990 and his scuba instructor certification in 1993. After much hard work and time in and under the water he decided to open Scuba Marco in 1998. At this time he also met his ‘dive buddy for life’ Jessi, and they have been sharing their passion for the underwater world ever since. Over the past 16 years Capt. Jeff has taught over 1000 people to scuba dive and taken 1000’s more on our dive boats exploring the Gulf of Mexico right here of off Marco Island. The shop has grown to offer many major brands of mask, fin, snorkel, BCD, regulator and dive computers for sale or rent. Wetsuits, spearguns, and many other accessories are available for sale. Capt. Jeff and Jessi love showing the underwater realm to all. Scuba diving is a gift that just about anyone with the desire can do. Jeff and Jessi live on Marco Island with their 2 youngest children (who are also divers). Jeff loves instructing while Jessi focuses more on the shop. However, when she does get in the water her focus is on kids and special needs diving programs. «When you see the look of awe and joy on a child’s face the first time they breath underwater, it is truly the greatest gift.» says Jessi.
