Alum Creek Heating & Cooling was established on January 1, 2002 and is family owned and operated by Darin & Charlene Beam of Marengo. Darin has been doing HVAC since 1984 when he graduated from Cardington High School. He has a wide array of knowledge for all the different fields within the HVAC Industry. Charlene graduated from Highland High School in 1986 and maintains daily office operations of Alum Creek Heating & Cooling.

Darin & Charlene have been married since 1990 and have 3 children, Colten-​graduated from Highland High School in 2009 and recently joined the US Marines, Cayla-​graduated from Highland High School in 2012 and Chase-​will graduate from Highland High School in 2016.

Alum Creek Heating & Cooling, LLC provides service and installation for all our surrounding counties including Morrow, Marion, Knox, Crawford, Delaware, Richland and Franklin Counties. We also install complete heating & cooling systems in hundreds of new construction homes throughout the State of Ohio for Wayne Homes, Schumacher Homes, America’s Home Place, Lloyd Thomas Builders, Finish Line Builders and several other small home builders.
