Divine Mobile Detailing

Sort of a very expensive 14.99 wash plus a 30 wax. Paid $ 89 on social living. Definitely do not recommend. Nice guy, but not so nice job.

This merchant has cancelled my appointment THREE times over the course of a month. All cancellations and rescheduling was made via text. I never even received a proper phone call. The merchant has been unprofessional and has led me to believe that he is the only employee. Here are the (supposed) reasons for the cancellations:
1. The day of my appointment: He had to fire «all» of his staff and re-​hire/​re-​train everyone.
2. The night before my appointment: There was a 20% chance of rain; so «everyone» who had appointments in Tempe cancelled. Due to that, he said he could not afford gas to come to Tempe for one car detail.
3. Last but not least, 45 minutes before my scheduled detailing, he cancelled via text. Here is the exact text message: I’m sorry and embarrassed my freaking vacuum just stopped working in the middle of a customers car in north phoenix. i am seeing heading [sic] to a repair shop after I’m done here. I am appearing to be such a flake and I apologize I completely understand if you see a refund from living social. Again I’m sorry. I responded and said that I just want my car cleaned and getting a refund is such a hassle. I asked if he could come tomorrow. He said he could come Monday around 4 (three days later) or Tuesday around 11:30.
Please avoid this merchant at all costs, unless you want to deal with a business that is unprofessional and does not consider you a valuable customer. Save your money, and try someone else!
