You are fortunate enough to have a business that has demand in Maricopa and yet you turn away business because your employees are lazy asses. I showed up in plenty of time to get a quick oil change. Piss poor service. I’ll never be back.

The Manager has always been rude. He acts like he is put out by doing his job. I hate coming here. The only reason I do is because they are never busy. Believe me, if there was a better alternative in Maricopa all customers would go there. I usually get my oil changed in Chandler because I would rather give money to their economy than to this place.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! I’m surprised Shell would allow this location to ruin the Shell brand. I would avoid and go into town for a better and less expensive experience.

Went back because my normal mechanic (napa) couldn’t get me in for an oil change. Now I remember why I haven’t been back here since my first review a couple years ago. Upsell for unneeded services and their sales pitch has that used car salesman feel to it. The manager or whoever was helping me (not the service tech) was pretty arrogant and had a strange attitude for someone in the customer service business. When I got there they asked me the year and other info of my car and I mentioned that my car takes one more quart of oil than most cars; his reply was a very condescending «yeah, we know all that already.» To top it off he wouldn’t accept my 20% off oil change coupon, even though it’s valid until 2014 he said he «doesn’t like dealing with that.» I don’t recommend this place at all. There are two other shops in town that are much better.

A little more expensive then others in town but the customer service and the friendly service is worth it! They got my car in and out in 15 minutes! Now that is service!

Not the cheapest place in town, but the best. The guys in the shop really know their stuff. I go there regularly and they do not try to upsell you every time, though they will make suggestions sometimes.
Please pay ZERO attention to the review of Jeanette D. This Unilocal page is for the oil change place, and she is trying to give a review of the gas station down the street (and that gas station really is horrible.)

If you want to wait 20 minutes in the hot sun pumping a full tank of 91 then come here. This Shell sucks and worse one I’ve ever been to. 3rd time that this has happened to me and it wasn’t even rush hour!
