By doing so, we can better advise our owners regarding their real estate investments.

History

Established in 1990.

Tal and Jeanette Kramer are a husband and wife team working together since they first met in 1981.

We’ve owned our own rental properties since the early 1980’s and became active Full Time Realtors in 1990.

Today, our business is over 90% by Referral, which clearly tells you that our past customers like our services enough to refer us to their family and friends.

Business Owner

Tal and Jeanette Kramer have been full time Realtors since 1990. From the very beginning we’ve been ranked in the Top 2% of all Realtors nationwide.

We serve North and Northwest Metro-​Atlanta (Midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, North Fulton, Cobb, etc.), which is where we live and play as well.

Real estate is our passion. We do both Residential Sales and Property Management. We’ve owned our own rental properties since the 1980’s and we serve you based on over 30-​years of solid experience in this market.

Our best credential is that over 90% of our business is referrals from past customers.

Tal and Jeanette have two adult children living in Washington DC, we both play a lot of tennis, a little golf and we love to read books (Jeanette’s in two book clubs).
