Took my wife here for breakfast on a day off from work. Great service, food was fresh and excellent, very affordable, and they are Yankee fans! Highly recommend!

Great deli and bagel place, I would highly recommend it. They have a variety of spreads and bagels, as well as omelettes and other breakfast options. It’s a breakfast hotspot in the area, so I would plan on waiting around 10 – 15 minutes for a table during peak breakfast hours. It’s worth the wait though! They don’t accept credit cards, so grab some cash before you go.

I went here for the first time this morning based on a recommendation from a co-worker who lives outside of the U. S and was visiting. First of all the staff is amazing, and yes they only take cash or check which I was not aware off. I did not have any cash since I’m pretty much a credit/debit kind of person and the staff said it was«ok» and to come visit them next time. Absolutely an honor system that you can not find anywhere any more. I had my check book luckily, but I would recommend this place to anyone simply because the service, the staff and the bagels are amazing :-) !!!

We were craving bagels for a weekend morning and Bagelicious came recommended by another Unilocaler. We arrived at 11:30 and the restaurant was packed with a line of customers waiting for a table. We were on a mission to get bagels and cream cheese. We ordered one whole wheat-everything bagel with lox and another plate of whole wheat-everything bagel with pastrami and eggs(from their breakfast menu). When our food arrived, 15 minutes later, we were surprised that the pastrami comes in the omlette rather than topped on the bagel.(They have another section for bagels with various toppings like chicken liver, tuna, pastrami, and etc, I believe that option might have been better for what we were looking for.) We are not from NY and unfamiliar with New York delis with their bagels but this place succeeded in serving fresh bagels and satisfied our craving. The whole wheat everything bagel was pretty good but I’ll come back to try the regular bagels. Our server was very friendly and even offered to give me a serving of schlox(lox and scallions) because I couldn’t decide. I am glad she let me try both because I actually liked schlox better than lox. The prices are very reasonable. This is the place to go for good bagels; be prepared to wait for a table and the food on a weekend because they get busy, always a good sign. As many reviewers have already stated they only accept cash or check.

Awesome Bagels! I had the Lox Bagel & it was very good. Not quite as awesome an NYC but definitely a close second. Went on a Sunday at around 10:30. It got really busy at about 11AM but the wait didn’t appear to be very long at all. Very casual atmosphere so don’t get all gussied up.

No. This company discriminates against debit/credit users. Cash only. I want to post something more positive, but it’s 2015 and many people don’t carry cash due to safety concerns. Will not return. The service is not unpleasant but I cannot in good conscience give a positive review.

I have never had a bad experience here. Most of the time we get in and get out. We’re practically regulars. The severs are beyond accommodating. The food is outstanding and inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.

Bad service, when I asked the flavors they have for cream cheese the server made a face and had no interest in telling me the flavors they carry. She was not at all interested in providing any service. They charged me $ 30 for a dozen bagel and 2 half lbs cream cheese. When I asked for the details the cashier started challenging me why would I not trust him. After when I insisted for the receipt he called the server who cleared up it should be on $ 19 and the cashier returned $ 10. Bagels were ok quality and cream cheese looks like they use some ready made cream cheese and only add some flavors without mixing them properly which makes the cream cheese taste very odd as the salty taste of cheese does not mix well with the sweet taste of flavors they add.

I love this place. Had friends in from NYC, who couldn’t believe how authentic & delicious the lentil soup was. Best whitefish salad, and wonderful bagels. Just love the hamish atmosphere!

Heard everyone bragging about the bagels… went on high holiday week… mountains of challah breads being baked. I now know where to find these loaves of gold. but the bagels? what a disappointment! !! home fries looked burnt but some were still raw. fantastic staff though! 10 stars for the whole crew. I think we will stick to Goldbergs down the street. sorry guys.

Arguably, the menu features a wide assortment of NY Jewish deli style favorites, from bagels to whitefish, and every inch of my «special» platter was scrumptious. The platter is jammed full of goodies that will keep you satisfied for breakfast and lunch — smoked nova salmon, whitefish salad, potato salad, lettuce, tomato, onion, cream cheese, and pickle! This restaurant has terrific corned beef and other freshly sliced deli sandwiches that I love too. Gets mighty crowded and tightly packed in on weekends at peak breakfast and lunch hours, so you should consider a late breakfast or late lunch here.

So I called them this morning to see if they had some round Challah’s for the holidays. They did. 10 left. I said great, can you put two aside for me to pick. «No first come first serve!». 8.99/each I called Goldberg’s. Asked the same question. «Yes sir». They have 5 left. When I asked them if they could put 2 aside they said«yes sir» and«thank you and we appreciate your business». 5.99/each If Bagelicous actually had an ounce of courtesy and customer service I would have paid 10.99 /each.

This place is awesome! If you want real bagels this is the place. Was packed but worth the wait for a table! Great menu, and was delish! The employees are all so helpful and super nice! Will definitely be back.

We made a horrible mistake coming here as a larger party: the tables are first come first serve, but the wait staff are the only ones who can move tables for larger parties, and you have to wait until your whole party is there to sit down, and there is not waiting area. So we were told that we had to wait to be seated(but no one took our names or anything) while other people went around us to sit at the tables wait staff told us we could sit at… When our party showed up. It was just annoying. Either seat everyone with a host or don’t! And stop promising tables that you clearly couldn’t reserve. Aside from that serious annoyance, the food was pretty good. I got a pizza bagel– it was just warm when it came out, like it had been sitting on a tray waiting for the rest of my table’s order. They were out of salt bagels and several other items and that was disappointing because they had only been open for an hour when we arrived. Honestly I would probably eat there again, but next time I’ll keep it to 4 people or less. Also, hit up the ATM because they don’t take plastic.

Excellent bagels, the best veggie cream cheese I have found in Georgia, the nova is fabulous and the staff is friendly. What more could you ask? They also carry Dr. Brown’s sodas and traditional Jewish Deli food.

Our first time here. It was a bit confusing at first, because we weren’t sure if we should order at the counter or just sit down, but the guy behind the counter was super helpful and told us what we need to do. So we sat because we were dining in. I can’t review their coffee because I didn’t have any. Hubby said that their coffee was coffee. Not over the top but doable. He got the corned beef hash. Sooooo much better than Goldbergs. Goldbergs stuff is mashed. But there was a lot of it. So come hungry if you’re getting that. I had a bowl of fruit and a whole wheat everything bagel with cream cheese. They give you A LOT of cream cheese. Make sure to bring cash. They don’t take cards.
