History

Established in 2014.

B&A was established by founder and managing Partner Marlys A. Bergstrom in 2014. Bergstrom is a graduate of the Golden Gate University School of Law and has over twenty years of legal experience. She is licensed in both Georgia and California. In addition, she has a vast background in Corporate Law. Bergstrom became dedicated to Domestic Law in 2014 and opened her private practice which has since been a success in achieving great results for all aspects of family law including divorce, child support modification, child custody, visitation, parents’ rights, and estate planning.

Founding and Managing Partner

Marlys Bergstrom is the managing partner and founder of MA Bergstrom & Associates. Marlys grew up in California and attended and graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. Prior to starting her own firm, Marlys worked for a large Atlanta and Washington D.C. based law firm. She is very dedicated to her clients and their varying legal needs.
