If you are a woman you can expect that they will not explain things to you. I’ve Been somewhat satisfied with their work but sometimes I think they overcharge. Brakes are cheap and don’t last. I found a better place with Nice people and they explain everything.

Four things:
Don’t bother making an appointment as anyone who arrives just before you will come first.
A surprise 20% «shop supplies» charge in addition to whatever the agreed upon repair price.
Consistently overfilling oil. I finally learned that their oil filling «gun» doesn’t do liters and their conversion math leaves much to be desired.
The shop is filthy, and your car, if at all clean, will be noticeably oilier/​greasier, inside and out.

My wife went here and they put the wrong oil in the car. Every place I have been, they follow manufacturer recommendations. If there is an additional charge for a different type of oil, then they tell us and we pay the difference between the regular oil and the specified oil. My wife went back the next day and they charged her $ 6 per quart to fix their mistake.

This is a family owned shop and I have been using it for about 3 years even though I have moved away from the area across town. I have learned from the past that to keep tires in good shape you need to rotate them regularly and I have been doing that on my RAV4. When I went to have them rotated recently they told me that the tires had «dry rot» and were wearing on the edge in an unusual way. This despite the fact that they were only 3 years old, and had been rotated every 5,000 miles. The tires still had plenty of thread and the alignment was fine. There was clearly something wrong with the tires. The manager John McDonald (son of Bob) worked with me and Goodyear and got my old tires prorated. He found me a great tire to replace my old ones at a good price. He really went out of his way to help me and now I will be a customer for life. This is a great shop and I recommend it very highly. They really care about your happiness and satisfaction.

Good service relativly quick. Every tire place you go to always tries to up sell which is fine but I can’t stand the ones that don’t give up on it. I went to a place with my mom one time where the guy told me my mother might die if she left without getting two new front tires. Well I am happy to announce that she is still alive at the time of this post.
The manager here pointed out that I needed a new front tire but managed to leave it at that. No need to harass or scare me, he just recommended it and left it at that. I plan on replacing the tire here.

So far so good. I had a tire with a slow leak for the past 3 years and each time I had been to a different place they said they couldn’t find it. All they ever did was spray some solution on it and look for bubbles. This place took the tire off the truck, looked for the hole, came and and confirmed they had the right tire and then took the tire off the wheel and found the damn nail that had escaped others for years.
To me that showed the work ethic their mechanics have. They put in a lot of work for a $ 25 dollar tire fix but what they gained was a repeat customer.
