C&F is honest and reliable! I could not be more grateful for this shop. After being referred to by a friend, I am extremely pleased with the speedy service and honest recommendations given for my car. Running on a tight budget, I was dreading the fortune I was going to have to spend on getting my car fixed. However, my mechanic Eddy (who might I add was VERY knowledgable) advised me on all my maintenance issues and helped figure out the necessary needs to get my car running that same day with minimal costs! It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics that don’t try to jip you, and Eddy is definitely one of them! I’ll be recommending my friends and family here for sure.

I’ve brought our two (now three) Mercedes here for a couple years. They’re much less expensive than the dealer and are pretty quick whenever we bring our cars in. Ricky and Romuldo have solved a problem with my transmission which the dealer was never able to fix. All it needed was the firmware to be updated and the car now shifts much more smoothly. Note they mainly repair Mercedes, but also do basic service for other german brands.

Be ready to leave the car for atleast 2 weeks before they can figure out whats wrong. Then another week to tell you to take your car somewhere else. After 3 weeks they were still not able to figure out why my car wont start, supposely they were too busy to look at my car. They made me buy a new key because the Tech THOUGHT that my key was bad, costed me $ 250 plus they tried to charge me another $ 400 for DIAGNOSTIC and they still couldnt figure out what was wrong.
WASTE OF MY 3 WEEKS. TOTAL RIP OFF. Take your car somewhere else

I had a B service for my 2006 C230 Mercedes done 11⁄2011. The nice owner, Ricky, told me the mechanic said I had a slight valve cover leak. Since I have an extended warranty, I had to take it to the dealership. They said the oil filler cap had been incorrectly installed and caused oil to run down the right side of the engine as well as onto the belly pan. Had to have the engine steam cleaned. Went back to C&F Auto Imports and showed the owner the pictures taken at the dealership. He asked me what he could do to compensate me and I asked for the cost to steam clean and gas. Ricky gave me a card for a free oil change if I would return, which I won’t. I’ll pay more to have the dealership work on my car and leave with peace of mind.
