LOVE Love this place. The lamb gyro is to die for. One if the best Mediterranean places I’ve ever eaten and the prices are very reasonable for the qualit of food. Service is also fantastic., I heard its closing… Say it isn’t so!!!

Just found this place a few weeks ago — absolutely love it. Went to have dinner – see they closed or moved. If anyone knows the new location please post it.

The food was delicious. We had several of the Mezes. All of the food was flavorful and was served very quickly. The server was very nice abs responsive. Couldn’t be happier with our first experience at Caspian grill.

Fabulous food and friendly service! We had a wonderful date night! The servings are huge so you can easily split an entrée.

Too expensive. Not many items on the menu. Another failing Persian restaurant. They microwaved my food in front of me. At least put the microwave back in the kitchen.

True Mediterranean Restaurant! Great customer service, and the atmosphere is amazing. Rado is a wonderful server and provided us with tasty recommendations. I have traveled frequently and this restaurant is perfect if you are looking for authentic cuisine.

Tonight I had the lamb kabob at Caspian, it was very moist and well prepared. I loved the basmati rice with lentils and raisins. The calamari was perfect. A+, we will be back.

Came here again tonight with the 9 year old and loved it. Had the Barg Kabob which was flavorful and delicious. I told them about not liking the beet salad and they made a small one and asked me to try it again. I have to say this time it was yummy. The beets were fresh and the balance of ingredients was much better. We ordered baklava again and they even added a little extra honey for the kid. Beyond the food, these folks are gracious hosts and do everything they can to make the meal perfect for each person. They know their hospitality.

The steak kabobs and pork ribs were outstanding, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The sauteed octopus with olives and feta cheese was the perfect appetizer. Finished with Turkish coffee and baklava and a double chocolate fudge cake! Great meal in nice surroundings with a great waitress and staff, nicely decorated also.

I reviewed this yesterday afternoon, but feel the need to update my review as both my boyfriend and I got food poisoning and this was the only thing out of the ordinary we had eaten. I don’t think we will be returning.

We are so glad to have this terrific new Mediterranean place in East Cobb. The lamb chops are perfect. Saffron Chicken was great also. Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Love this place! They made us feel like family — I mean I think we are now! Drinks flowing, service fast and friendly, everything right! Love all the food, our server Iman and other staff was ONTOPOFEVERYTHING! Clean place, nice bar, but… unreal food too!!! Favorites/Must-haves: hummus, lamb kabobs, moussaka, kefalograviera!!! Dessert looks good too but I don’t know if I have room in my belly. Lol Portions are plentiful and consistently amazing!

First time and was not impressed by the menu. I had the gyro platter. It comes with fries. I asked to exchange the fries for rice and was charged 3.00. Ok NBD. My dinner was meat and rice. No veggies. no small salad. Just meat and rice. The meat was tasty but chopped to tiny pieces. Service was very good and they did a great job with the design. But need to work on their food.

We decided to try this restaurant tonight after a friend of ours highly recommended it. We ordered the calamari, hummus, tzatzki and the grilled vegetables. Omg … The food was to die for. Delicious. Wine selection was good, Chas, our server, was wonderful and we thought the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely return … often I’m sure.

So — in the vacuum that is East Cobb dining I was excited to see something other than fast food at the former Wendy’s. I really like Persian food so was excited to try it out. Once again — disappointed that there is another landmark taking up space instead of having good, convenient food(i.e. La Strada). The apps were decent — humus and octopus. But they didn’t bring the herbs and nuts out until after we ordered the app, so it was very strange(it wasn’t like they were busy). Got the chicken and my son had the pork ribs. Both overcooked and dry. My chicken was basically one pounded thin, overcooked chicken breast and a boatload of rice — for $ 15! Like $ 1 of ingredients. When I told the waitress the Chicken was overcooked, she said«I will let them know» and then told the manager(who was standing behind me) and NOTHING happened! No visit, no offer to redo, nothing. So when the bill of $ 50(without tip) arrived(no alcohol) I made my «La Strada» vow — not coming back to pay too much for bad food. It’s a shame — but the fact is — you can go to Mediterranean Grill and for $ 25 eat FAR superior food that’s consistently great. In fact, we went to Southbound in Chamblee a few days later, and that was approx the same price for incredibly good chef inspired dishes. Net net — expensive, poor service, poor quality. Other than that — it’s great(ha) Off to Frosty at the Wendy’s across town.

Excellent experience. Our server, Teddy, was quite cordial and knowledgeable about the menu, to each detail. Wine offerings were good. Prices were not inexpensive, but quality of ingredients was worth it. The octopus appetizer was cooked to perfection and blended well with the condiments. The Moussaka(one of the least expensive offerings) was perhaps the best I have ever tried, with individual flavors working very well together, but providing a good balance of acid and sweetness. The coffee was excellent and Baklava, well, perfect… not too sweet. We will be back.

After waiting years for this restaurant to open, and expecting a more casual menu, we were disappointed with our experience. Pros: Everything was fresh They have the fried cheese Food was seasoned well Decorated nicely The menu is more fine dining Cold beer in a chilled glass Good pita Fries were tasty Cons: I was up charged $ 4 for having the Greek salad instead of fries on the gyro appetizer(and it was wrong. Served without the arugula) Pricey– just a smidge, especially with the portions being realistic Salty if you are eating several items(family style) My gyro meat was a little grisly. I’ve eaten lots of gyros and never encountered gristle. It wasn’t busy when we went so we were comfortable. I do feel the interior was finished nicely. No trace of the previous tenants in the building. Nice plates and glasses. It is not casual food and it is not at casual prices. If that doesn’t bother you, great place to eat. If I ever got back, I might just try the Tongue Sliders.
