Hypocritical management… a man named Shane Moss, coordinator of «customer care & payment center». I had a balance owed from 2001, yes, 2001, and they added MY past due balance to my wife’s account. Asked to separate the two, and, the answer was no. Why was my wife being penalized for my doings of 14 yrs ago… long before we ever met, or got married? If we weren’t under the thumb of the EMC m9nopoly, we would undoubtedly switch service to Ga. Power, or Marietta Power.
I seriously didn’t want to give them 1-​star, but it is the only way to get this posted. Cobb EMC… you suck !!
