History
Established in 2014.
After over 20 years in the office solutions industry, our founders saw an opportunity to challenge the way their peers approached office spaces. Static installation systems and furniture-first sales practices weren’t evolving with the current landscape. Enhancing office culture seemed to be an afterthought.
Together, we could do better. Planning office spaces isn’t just about getting product to the workplace — it’s about building synergy between the product, workplace, and client. So in 2014, our founders started the process of building a first-class solutions team and mapping out a new business prototype: one that puts people and culture first. We’re solidly in their corner as personal culture advocates.
Hence, Corner — a small agency designed to passionately meet the furniture and logistical needs of the modern workspace. From startups to Fortune 500s, our goal is simple: Corner should be a place where culture and logistics meet.
Meet the Business Owner
A. Douglas Ellis E.
Business Owner
In 2014, A. Douglas Ellis founded Corner — an office solutions agency designed to build better workplaces through culture and logistics. As its CEO, Doug is focused on expanding Corner’s client base and operations. The idea is simple; your office space should be as distinctive and scalable as your brand and culture.
Prior to Corner, Doug was President of Office Systems Installations (OSI) for over 20 years. Doug successfully led 8,000+ operation and installation projects. Under his leadership, Atlanta-based OSI achieved over $ 100M in sales with clients across the Southeast. In 2007, Doug developed Franklin Delk Office Furnishings. While serving as COO, he secured strategic partnerships with furniture manufacturers like Trendway and Hon.
Doug studied engineering at Georgia Tech. He serves on the board of the Marietta Small Business Council. Doug is also active in several organizations, including Hosea Feed the Hungry and Radcliffe Presbyterian Church U.S.A.
