History

Established in 1988.

Founded in Pittsburgh, PA in 1988, Dan «DJ Dano» Blankowski moved his interactive DJ company to Atlanta in 1990 when he joined the morning show at WYAY-​FM (Y-​106 FM) and then on WSTR-​FM (Star 94). Dano has served as Master of Ceremonies and DJ for over 1,100 wedding since 1988.

I have worked with Dano for several years now. He is always fun, professional, timely and the crowd loves him. He has MCed for our charity event — and had the crowd in stitches as well as on the edge of their seats.
He has DJed for bowling events I have attended and always keeps the event upbeat.
If you are looking for an MC or a DJ, I promise you will not go wrong with DJ Dano or his team.

I have worked with DJ Dano for about 6 months and have been so happy with his energy and enthusiasm! He knows how to get your guests engaged and puts 110% into everything he does.
I highly recommend this amazing guy, you will not regret it.
He especially looks good in a powder blue tux… haha
DJ Dano does not mind getting into character no matter what the event. He also is great at promoting things on social media if it’s a public event :)

Ok people! Looking for a DJ to rock the hizouse??? Look no further! DJ Dano is the MAN! I have known about this DJ for quite some time but never had the ability to work with him. Dan is super great to work with! He LISTENS to what you want, makes great suggestions, and runs the event smoooooothly!
At this particular event, we rocked the 80s! He themed it up PERFECTLY!!! He even dressed in a powder blue leisure suit for the event! He acted as the MC and really got everyone going. I was so impressed with the way that he works the crowd.
I will hire this DJ for future events!
