I stumbled into this place while looking for a decent bowl of soup — was about to head into Panera Bread Co next door.
The staff was friendly enough — if somewhat disinterested in actually helping me. (They asked me where I got my purse — but didn’t actually volunteer assistance. Lol.)
This boutique has some really cute jewelry. I’ll be back when I have more time to browse.

I try to hit the boutiques to avoid the usual retail stores. I don’t mind paying a little more for the unique, quality higher end things.
This place has some very cute items however, I give this place, 2 stars.
The staff (3 sales associates and 1 manager!) were all gathered around gossiping, very loudly I might add, about a coworker, whom was not present at the time. It was so distracting as I tried to shop. I could not believe the things they were saying about this girl. It was very stressful. I even had to wait for them to stop talking to get a fitting room. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

The girls here were very friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out the right dress and accessories. Thanks Jo and Amber!

Staff too busy talking to each other to help. Some items unique but most are overpriced and found elsewhere. This almost reminds me of a Claire’s with clothes and décor. Not a boutique in my opinion.

Francesca’s makes a great staple boutique. They have very cute clothes; you can find very unique pieces here. Lots of chic casual wear, very flirty with an organic feel. They also have items for going out, such as nice dresses, but definitely not superformal dresses. Cute skirts, tops, jeans, and the jewelry selection is bountiful and amazing! Their tables are stocked with great knick knack gift items as well. The clothing is very affordable, I don’t think anything is over $ 100. The sale section isn’t that big though, probably like 20 items on the rack.
Customer service is great, store is small=not overwhelming. Nicely decorated, and nice fitting rooms.
Multiple ATL locations. Also definitely check out their website for exclusives. Just bought 2 web-​deal dresses for $ 6.99 each! Wahooo!
