This goodwill has by far the worst customer service out of any goodwill I’ve ever been to. I frequent goodwill stores searching for items and I will NEVER return to this store. I’ve had a lady make rude remarks about me before I was 2 feet from the counter, the employees are lazy and don’t assist their customers when there is a need to be met. I requested a box for a large number of glassware that I was purchasing, there was an excuse made that they’d have to call to the back and there’s no guarantee anyone’s back there. Here’s a hint, walk back there and find me a box.
Also, their prices are much higher than the other goodwill stores.
Don’t go to this store unless you don’t mind rude, lazy, incompetent employees.

It started out great. I found a sweet picture of Tom Cruise from Top Gun for my office which deserves five stars. Everything was going well. ‘The Sign’ by Ace of Base came on and my wife and I started singing all of the lyrics. This was a great shopping experience. Nothing could ruin this day, but then the staff interrupted over the loud-​speaker… repeatedly… while ‘The Sign’ was still playing. Three times to be exact. Really? What’s so important that can’t wait for the song to finish? The people at The Goodwill don’t have the courtesy to keep their mouth shut when Ace of Base is playing. It is devastating to know that there are people out there that are so ignorant.

This Goodwill has the typical supply of clothing, furniture, and random household items (CDs, movies, paintings, ab rollers, etc.). It’s clean and well organized, and the staff was friendly. If you want higher-​class brand name clothing, I’d probably hit up the Roswell or Alpharetta Goodwill stores, but this place had a good variety of clothing, whether you’re looking for costume-​wear or casual-​wear.
