Hotlanta Bonding Company began operation as a Georgia company in 2004 with a commitment to servicing you, the client. This has been the cornerstone and hallmark of our organization.

is from Tampa, Florida and attended public schools that. Joe attended Florida A&M University, Tallahassee, Florida and is graduate of Chapman University, Los Angeles, California. Mr. Bell retired from the U.S. Army with a background in information technology, and is also retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs where he worked as a computer analyst. Mr. Bell has been previously licensed for bail bonding in Florida.
