Our waiter, Darwin, was extremely friendly and offered good service. We felt terrible because he was working in such a horrible location. There was a constant line of people waiting to be seated not because it was busy, but because tables weren’t being cleaned. When we arrived there were only about 6 other people in the restaurant, yet we were still told that they didn’t have any booths available. All of them were dirty. When we left some of them still had not been cleaned. It took 15 minutes before we ordered our food. Not Darwin’s fault– he was one of only two waiters there and it looked like they didn’t have anybody to bus tables or seat people. There was one guy in street clothes and a baseball cap who started to help clean. Maybe he was a friend of one of the employees who offered to help? Our food was good. They left the cheese off of my hashbrowns but I didn’t mention it because it took so long to get our food in the first place. When we left there was a line of people at the door waiting to be seated. Side note– when waiting to be seated at a restaurant, move out of the doorway. It’s almost as if there’s a building that you could go into so that you can get out of the way of other people. But hey, pushing through a line of oblivious people is fun too. Maybe we could make friends along the way.

We have tried this location a few times a year for the past four years and been completely dissatisfied each time. The food is acceptable but the service has always been horrible. There is never enough servers and the servers do not understand simple wait staff etiquette, for example how to clean off the table when the customer is done or to bring extra napkins to a table with children. This time was my daughters birthday and I had to get up from my table three times to find the waitress. Two times she was visiting with an employee in street clothes who was eating an apple by the kitchen door. The only reason we come back is that our kids enjoy the funny face dish. My neighbors, which are also a mile away, have had similar experiences with this IHOP. This saddens me as I grew up thinking IHOP was a staple for good breakfast food. Also, there is not a good breakfast place in our area. It is prime real estate for a successful IHOP.

20 min. wait when we got there on Sunday morning. 20 mins. later and no one ahead of us had been seated yet. Plenty of empty tables but the hostesses were too busy talking to each other and goofing off. We left and went to Waffle House!

This will be short and sweet. Even though the portions seem a little smaller compared to some other IHOP’s I’ve patronized — I actually love this place. Last time I ate there, I had a burger and fries — and no joke — I think I had 6 french fries in my to-go box. But nobody really NEEDS all those fries, am I right? Less time on the treadmill. But here’s why I love ‘em. They. Have. A. Drive-Thru. Window. So that means I can visit IHOP even when I’m feeling lazy and trifling. In other words, I can go even when I’m braless with wild, uncombed hair, in sweats, or pajamas — without getting side-eye from other patrons. Yay! I will say this — you are going to need to check, check, check your order before leaving because even though I’ve never hit them at ‘peak’ hours — there’s usually something wrong /missing with my order. Ordinarily — this would merit a 1 or 2 star review — but I’m really loving the drive thru — so that bumps them up.

Meh. 15 minute wait on a Saturday morning. Not terrible. But, it’s IHOP. Had three kids in the car, so we were looking for something easy. Sat at a table(preferred a booth, but first available is more important, knowwhatimsayin?) Two funny face pancake plates and a «make your own face» pancake plate(where you get basically a funny face non-chocolate pancake and a tube of yogurt to squeeze onto it as hair or whatever). plus three hot chocolates with whipped cream, two coffees, and a traditional breakfast shared. We waited a little longer than I would have liked, for drinks and food, but it wasn’t the worst. The food was good — not amazing. The coffee wasn’t bad. The service was friendly. All in all an A-OK experience!

Disappointing visit. Began with even the host /server(?) greeting us at the door as though we had interrupted his day. When asked if we could have a booth by the window(place about half full), he looked like I had insulted his mother. His professional reply — «I guess so.» Servers were nice but stunningly slow. When finally placing order had to request water twice and when it finally arrived it smelled strongly of dish detergent. Guess it was clean though. After about three bites I discovered two long hairs in my omelette. Since I had not ordered hair in my omelette, I thought it appropriate to bring it to the attention of the server. She asked if I wanted another one. I thanked her for the offer but felt my appetite had been resolved for the better part of the day. She said she would adjust the bill and be right back. She suggested I should enjoy the accompanying pancakes til she returned. With what seemed like a workable idea, I poured on the syrup only to discover she had taken my utensils. After asking twice for something to eat pancakes with other than my fingers I gave up. Then to end it all, she brought me my bill of $ 2.11 for my coffee. True, I drank the coffee while I waited and waited and willingly paid the charge. However, from a PR standpoint I believe I would have apologized and said,“Sir, we are so sorry for the unpleasant experience. We strive for excellent service and apologize for falling short. I hope you will come back and let us prove you made a good choice by returning.” Yeah, that’s likely to happen. Had always enjoyed IHOP. Maybe need to rethink my returning to this one.

My husband and I came with our daughter and, unfortunately, I’m stuck here because he has no issues with cleanliness. The ceilings are disgusting. Leaks in almost every tile. Some tiles are even removed, so just exposes the wires and duct work. I just can’t imagine where this water is dripping. Probably on my seat. Probably all over the carpets. I imagine its the same in the kitchen. I am so hungry and thirsty and I refuse to eat here. Can’t wait to be done. How can a business stay open and be this gross inside?!

Typical IHOP. Food was exactly as menu promised. Service was slow but steady. Took care of our needs but was a little on the slow side. We’ll be back.

What you don’t want to do at this place is order breakfast at dinner time. Don’t think the cooks can handle it. 2BAD omelets, coffee with NO flavor and very SLOW service. Sorry a 2 thumbs down from me.
