Business Owner

Justin J. Wyatt graduated from Florida State University in 1990 with a B.S. in Insurance. He graduated from Mercer University Law School (Macon, GA) in 1993 During law school Mr. Wyatt law clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office, MiddleDistrict of Florida for the summers of 1991 and 1992. After law school, Mr. Wyatt was an Assistant State Attorney for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit (Vero Beach, FL) between 1993 and 1995. Then Mr. Wyatt was an Assistant Public Defender for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit (Tampa, FL) between 1995 and 1997.

As a prosecutor and public defender, Mr. Wyatt was lead counsel in over 100 jury trials in the Misdemeanor and Felony division. In March of 1997 Mr. Wyatt and his family moved to Georgia, from 1997 to 1999 Mr. Wyatt worked for DeVille, Mihollin & Voyles in Marietta, GA. In June of 1999, Mr. Wyatt formed his own law firm which is a general practice law firm.
