Jason K.

Business Owner

Throughout his career as an attorney Jason Khano has been a consumer advocate. He has represented hundreds of clients in consumer bankruptcy filings & helped protect clients from harassing creditors by filing actions under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Jason is a Marietta native & attended Kennesaw State University on a full scholarship. He earned his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Jason began his career working w/​Jacksonville Area Legal Aid protecting clients who were victims of predatory lending. After returning to Atl, Jason began working with a prominent bankruptcy firm where he became an expert in consumer bankruptcy practice. Jason went on to manage the Atl office of the largest bankruptcy firm in the US.

Jason then decided to open his own practice where he could better serve the community by offering his expertise in more personalized small firm setting that offers a wide range of legal services to individuals in an inviting & accessible environment
