I hurt my back in one of those mundane moments in life on Sunday morning. I picked up my son and then set him down gently and quickly dropped to my hands and knees.
I was unable to stand upright the rest of the day. In fact I spent most of the day attempting lay as still as possible unless I was stretching my back
I called the next morning and got an appointment for that afternoon.
After an abbreviated consultation, abbreviated due to my pain, treatment started. Electronic accupuncture with an ice pack, tiger balm, a quick massage, another ointment and then an adjustment. Turns out I pinched a nerve in my spine.
I did feel some immediate relief. Within 2 hours I felt 80% better. My pain level had changed from a 9 to a 3.
Treatment does take time and my pain level was back at a 6 this morning, however with follow-​up (tomorrow morning & a few more trips) I know I will back to 100%
I have Anthem BCBS and the visit was covered.
Dr Krantz does teach at Life and has been in business for over 20 years — totally awesome chiropractor! Super friendly staff as well.

With that being said… Please, try him. He is gentle, yet takes care of you. He will go out of his way to help you. Cannot say enough great things about my experience while under his care. & he’s seen me at my worst the first day I walked in, until now. My pain level went from a general 9 out of 10, Down to a 4 – 5 after a few years of traction with him, plus regular adjustments& getting stronger.
