Marietta Auto Trim Shop

Just had a headliner put in my car at Marietta Auto Trim. I was given one price of $ 500 in writing at time of dropping the vehicle off. When I showed up to pay the bill was $ 525. They said they quoted someone the $ 525 price over the phone so they figured it must have been me and just changed the price on the bill. Felt shady at this point. The employee very reluctantly adjusted the price back to $ 500 with my insistence that they bill me only the quoted price.
Then we found out our sunroof didn’t work properly (removal and disassembly of the sunroof is part of the headliner replacement project). The sunroof was tested at time of drop off to work perfectly. Now it wouldn’t close properly. The first reaction of Marietta Auto Trim employee was that it must have been broken before we dropped it off. Then they said they can’t fix things like this (hmm you took it completely apart to do the headliner replacement, now you can’t fix it?) He told us to take it to the dealership and get it fixed and they would take care of the cost. Dealership costs to repair $ 113.
We notified Marietta Auto Trim of the cost and asked for a credit of $ 113 be placed to our credit card used for the repair. They offered only to pay $ 30. We told them that was unacceptable and ended the call. Later I got a call from the business owner who apologized and told me to send him the invoice and he would send a check for the amount.

Very impressed with their work. Originally they said that would be ready the next day, I was okay with that. A few hours later they called me saying my vehicle is ready. Wow, wonderful service, everyone I spoke with is very courteous and displayed a interest in my car’s situation.

Twice I have had them work on adjusting seats in cars that had become uncomfortable. And they did a nice job each time. The last time, I was able to get it done while I waited and I am very happy with the results. They are very knowledgable!

My ancient Nissan Frontier pick-​up was in desparate need of a headliner replacement. A local repair shop recommended Marietta Auto Trim and I took the truck there a few Saturdays ago and was extremely pleased with the outcome. The technician replaced the headliner while I waited. In at 9:15. Out at 10:45. $ 125. Looks like new.
