Midway Limousine Service

Very professional and on time service. Worth the extra money in fare in comparison to other cab and limo services. Have used them time and again and never disappointed. Drivers are very friendly.

I used Midway Limousine for my annual company meeting this year in Atlanta. I am responsible for the airport transfers to and from the airport/​hotel for 250 people, in addition to coordinating transportation to our volunteer event that takes place during the meeting as well. In the 10 years I have planned this meeting in various cities throughout the US, Midway Limousine was hands down the best transportation service I have ever used. On time, friendly, and a «can do» attitude. Wanda made sure that there were no issues, communicated well, and made this portion of my meeting planning worry-​free. I will absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, and customer service centered transportation experience.

Probably one of the worst experiences ever! Beware. I booked a sedan to celebrate a night on the town (birthday celebration) with friends. My pickup was suppose to be at 5:15pm and at 5:25pm I had to call to find out where the car was. I was told that the driver was in front waiting for me. I said that the driver was not here and I was then put on hold for 10 minutes. I called Midway back and was told the driver was 2 minutes away. After 10 minutes of waiting I called again to see where the driver was. I was then told he was lost and the dispatcher was helping him with directions and that the driver was right around the corner. I waited another 10 minutes and still no driver. I called again to find out where the driver was and the limo answering machine picked up and I left what I consider a nice message (considering what was happening) and I would like someone to call me back and update me on the status of the car. No one ever called me back… I had to call again and finally the dispatcher picked up the phone and told me she (again) was giving directions to the driver. At this point it was 6:10pm. I live in a condo in Smyrna (which is easily located by GPS and or map), I was suppose to pickup a friend in Buckhead, then we were to go to Decatur for a 6:30pm dinner reservation. A reservation I had to cancel because there was no way we would make the reservation. I called Midway again and the dispatcher wanted me to talk to the driver and give the driver directions, at this point I simply said I would like to cancel the car (at 6:15pm 1 hour past my pickup time) and I would like the owner of the company call me (not that night because I was so upset) but the next day when I was calmer to discuss what happened. Well it is Sunday (2 days after the fact) and I have yet to receive a call from the owner. Truly disappointing. And to think that if the owner called and offered me some discount and apology I was going to give them more business. Midway never called me during this whole ordeal, I always had to call them to get status updates, and they were not truthful when they updated me. Again I think my greatest disappointment is that the owner did not feel it was important to follow up with me.
