Food was crappy and the place was dirty. All of tables were dirty and the floor was strewn with napkins. I asked for a wet cloth to wipe off a couple tables. Not a fan and not planning to visit this particular store again. I’ll make the drive to another store even though I live just down the Lower Roswell about a mile.

This Moe’s is very conveniently located, which is the only reason to visit this location. Service is always painfully slow and disorganized. Really frustrating. I go out of my way to not visit this location.

I love Moe’s food, but this location just shouldn’t have a drive through. If you come here be prepared to sit in the drive through for a while.

Three times I have ordered from this location using the Moe’s app. All three times the order wasn’t ready(or even started) when I went to pick it up. What’s the point of having an app if it’s not used? Calling in an order is difficult because they don’t seem to understand english all that well; Usually something ends up screwed up.

A very underwhelming Moe’s location that I probably will not reutrn to. I know some people find it annoying, but the whole«Welcome to Moe’s!!!» greeting is a signature aspect of this business. And for the first time in my life, that welcome greeting was absent when I entered this location. I proceed to order my food, but I waited a little too long to actually catch the employee’s attention. Apparently there was a mess up on one of the earlier orders, putting them behind, making them put me on hold after I had already started talking. On top of that, there was a breakdown in communication happening before my eyes as they kept making a meal, changing it, then trashing it, then looking for the original order receipt to make it again. So maybe 5 minutes later after waiting for my turn, I finally get to order a taco shell salad bowl. I’ve always thought that Moe’s had«B» level flavor. The meat, the rice and beans, the veggies and various toppings were all good, but not great(certainly not on Chipotle level). The two saving graces that make me come back are 1) the taco shell and 2) the queso. Taco shell delivered. Had that nice fluffly crunch with good flavor. The queso was decent too, but the accompanying tortilla chips were quite bland, and under-salted. As someone who often eats the chips first, takes my entrée home and eat it hours later, this was disappointing. My chips craving was not satisfied. So combine the lackluster food with poor customer service, and you get one of the worst Moe’s I’ve been to. Interior wasn’t the cleanest I’ve seen either. I should add that parking lot isn’t ideally mapped out. The drive-thru(first time I’ve seen one at a Moe’s) makes the rest of the lot narrow and difficult to drive in.

The good you get what you want and it’s fresh. The bad. $ 19.00 for 2 burritos and 2 drinks. The service not welcoming, guy behind counter never said anything to busy wiping counter off. And when he finally served us seemed to be bothered. The ugly. The bathrooms no towels to wipe hands? When said something, answer was ok we’ll get to it. How are employees wiping their hands after they use the restrooms. Don’t think I’ll be back.

First, $ 2.19 to add chicken to a kid’s quesadilla is ridiculous. It’s only 30¢ for steak or pork. Second, even though I typically order the same thing, it seems like the price or the way they ring it up keeps changing. Pricing is too high and inconsistent.

If you are looking for a delicious and quick burrito /tacos /quesadilla, then MOES is the spot ! ! ! The only place that can touch this place is Chipotle. For the money. ..

Well as this is the closest Moe’s to me. It’s ok in my book. I like to rub the fact that the Moe’s in Jackson, MS are closed near my sister and I can have yummy queso and she can’t… But whenever she comes to visit, she definitely stops by to pick up some food. Moe’s is pretty much neck and neck with Chipotle in my book for fast food tex-mex. But as Chipotle offers slightly healthier options, I definitely go to Moe’s to get my queso on. Of course I usually get the Art Vandalay or a veggie quesadilla. I don’t even bother with the hard shell tacos, because they never hold up by the time I get home. There was one time I saw bacon hanging out in the pickled jalapenos, but I haven’t seen it like that anymore. The cilantro is also well chopped up at this location so it doesn’t feel like I’m chewing on trees like other locations I’ve been to. The service is fine at this location. They do tend to help the customers in the drive-thru first, but the wait isn’t bad. I never seem to go to this location when they’re super busy so I’m in and out in no time. The salsa bar is also kept pretty clean, but all the salsas are pretty one note and not very exciting(you had one, you had them all…) Anyway, no reason not to keep coming to this location when I don’t feel like cooking sometimes… Just remember to ask for extra chips, you can never have enough chips…

Do not order the side of quest, why would u charge $ 1, for this size. Irritating and complete change in my mind about the business policies at Moe… Instead of welcome to moes I say«Farewell to Moes»

I stopped by here after work last night for a to-go order before heading to an event. The guy taking my order/making my burrito was short with me and did not listen well. It was free queso day and I wasn’t given my free order of queso(I had to ask for it when I saw that it wasn’t in my bag), and the lady who bagged my order begrudgingly handed me one. I ordered a vegetarian burrito. After leaving, I discovered that I had been given the wrong order(how they mixed it up, I’ll never know) that consisted of a chicken burrito and toppings I don’t eat. I did not have time to go back to have them correct the order. Very disappointing. They weren’t even very busy, so I don’t know what the deal was. Vegetarians, beware! You may end up with food you can’t eat.

The service here was pretty good. I miss them yelling at me when I walk in, but that doesn’t happen at many of the Moe’s locations anymore. Standard Moe’s, service with a smile. I left happy.

Okay, real Mexican food it’s not(I still get annoyed when I walk in there, ask for carne asada, and get a weird look), but as far as white people Mexican food goes, it’s not bad at all. I’ve never had better Mexican food served to me by non-Mexican people. That’s the best sideways compliment I can give it.
