Will never go back here! It took forever for me to get my balloons blown up, they didn’t have a lot of supplies that I needed, I was there for almost one hour to get 12 below is blown up!

if I could give ZERO I would. Worst retail experience ever. Told would have to wait an hour to have ONE balloon filled. Really?! who waits an hour for a single balloon. There should be staff to fill orders and staff available to on-​sight customers. WHOSE MANAGING THESE STORES. RUN FAST TO DOLLAR TREE INSTEAD. THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!

I visited this location three times within 48 hours. Story: Halloween time 2011 and I ordered a costume online. I receive said costume and realize I ordered size skank… I need a bigger/​longer size. I go to a different Party City location and they don’t have a larger size, so I zoom (or sit in standstill Friday rush hour traffic) to this location. They have a larger size! The line for the fitting room was extremely long, so I asked about their return policy, purchased my costume and got out of there. I’m super pumped that I have my costume and get home and try it on. REALLY?!! The packaging says bigger size, but the costume in the package is still skank size! Wrong size costume in correct size packaging. So, I go back the next day and easily switch out sizes. The line is still too long to try it on, so I leave again and go back home to try on my costume. Only slightly better. I end up finding a better deal somewhere else with a costume that at least covers my ass, so I took back the costume. Easy return with not-​so-​happy staff. Whatever, they were slammed, so I don’t blame them.
Crazy drivers in the parking lot, so beware.
