Meet the Business Owner

Jim and Francie T.

Business Owner

Jim and Francie Towey are the proud owners of Primrose School of Sprayberry. They have a strong background in both business and education. Jim is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and has an MBA from Mercer University. Francie graduated from the University of Georgia with an education degree. After teaching school and then becoming a corporate trainer, she formed her own training and consulting company which she was involved in for over 20 years. They have one daughter, Mary Beth. They love bringing the best in educational child care to children in Cobb County. They realize the importance of working with the staff and the parents to constantly strive to create the best environment for children. Whether its character training, curriculum, nutrition or a safe environment, every aspect needs to be at its absolute best in order to help children grow and develop.
