I went to Dr. Smith before my pregnancy for my annual paps etc with no issues, however I had a bad feeling once I got pregnant. Dr. Smith acted as if he barely had any time to see me, even when the office wasn’t full. He listened to my child’s heartbeat for all of 2 seconds and when I asked for a rate he told me not to worry about it, he’s been doing this long enough. He often held conversations that made me uncomfortable. I stayed until I was 28 weeks, at which point most Dr’s see you every 2 weeks, when I asked him why he did not he offered no explanation. I switched Dr’s…good thing I did bc my gestational diabetes index came back at 234(140 or lower is acceptable) Dr. Smith’s office wanted me to do the 3 hour test, which I found out can be harmful to me and my baby since my number was already over 200. I also am anemic and was put on iron(I was never told this at Dr. Smith’s office) I also have to see a specialist now for monitoring(there was no urgency regarding my gestation diabetes at Dr. Smith’s office) DONOTSEEDRSMITHFORYOUROBCARE!!!

Dr. Smith delivered my daughter. He took great care of us during my pregnancy. I highly recommend him.
