I come to this Starbucks multiple times per week. I normally have okay service, but had a bad experience asking for a refill on an iced coffee. My friend got me the coffee earlier and I thought it was from this Starbucks. I didn’t realize it wasn’t. Instead of informing me politely, the barista, Catherine, yelled at me and called me a liar. It was an honest mistake, not a criminal action. There was no reason for yelling or treating me poorly. I am truely considering no longer purchasing my coffee from this Starbucks location, as I feel the service is lacking. If a worker is able to yell at a confused customer, there is something wrong.

I love love love this Starbucks! I come here more than I actually press the check in button, but the barista always makes my drinks right and I haven’t had a complaint yet. They always warm my danish and greet me when I’m entering and exiting the building. They are always well-​stocked, and their restaurant is always clean. The best part about it is it’s connection to the Barnes & Noble store next door so if you want to purchase a book to help you with some of your homework or something for your job, its just a skip and hop away. Gotta love em for that morning «pick-​me-​up» when I need it tho!

The staff are great. I go here all the time and always get the same drink. If they see me pull up and are slow they go ahead and make my coffee. They alway make it right the first time and greet me with smiles on there faces and warm hellos. I would suggest this store to everyone.

I love Starbucks. This location was great. It’s nice with cutie-​patootie college kids working there. I went in, ordered my complicated coffee, and was out in less than five minutes… just long enough to check in on Unilocal.They were extremely polite and accommodating. No complaints here.

I visit Starbucks more in the colder months than hot ones, BUT I can say for a fact that I’ve never ever had a bad experience at this particular Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and fast, even when there’s a long morning line. For to-​go orders, I don’t believe Starbucks supplies individual packets of sugar (I’ve never seen them anyway) but the lady manning the register was nice and brought me a small cup full of it to take with me which I thought was quite generous. I’ll be back here again, in autumn, when they brink back the pumpkin spice lattes… YUMMY!
