Established in 2012.
We hope to introduce the men and women of Atlanta to The Bar Method. A workout that creates a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy and the intense pace of interval training into a powerful exercise format that quickly and safely reshapes and elongates muscles.

Business Owner
Ashley is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. A former athlete herself, she was searching for a workout to replace her former sports activity. When she found The Bar Method, she knew she found the workout for her. She has a passion for bringing this incredibe technique to Atlanta!
