Very difficult to talk to someone to get information regarding your own policy makes me think if I’m in an accident would they b helpful? Went into local office no help he informed me to call number in which I did and rep answered and said she is unavailable either call back or she would call me back. I got no answer when I called back and she never called me back… figures DO NOT BUY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

the place seems to have a steady flow of customers in and out of this location. So far everybody that I’ve talked to has been very helpful also. Plus they beat every other companies price for my insurance by at least $ 70 a month.
