Wax Thread and Scissors

Minaz did my bikini wax today and she was great. Very personable and efficient. I had my baby with me (couldn’t find a sitter) and she was very accommodating. The wax itself was the kind that is very low pain. Almost makes me want to try a Brazilian. Almost. Anyway, I highly recommend this as an affordable option. I’ll definitely be back!

Just got my eyebrows threaded and I am in love!!! This place is amazing! Noureen is the best! She is very professional and talk about attention to detail. I fill my brows in everyday but not anymore! I got my brows tinted and they look great! Ladies if you are looking for a place this is it!

What is not to love about this place? The girls are the best; always friendly and ready to greet you and listen to what you need. I’ve come here on multiple occasions after a certain «salon», who shall not be named, consistently let me down, and they always took care of me at Wax, Thread and Scissors. I’m a repeat customer type of girl, so I like to have an employee to come back to, but not here! I’ve had every girl do my eyebrows here and the consistency in results has blown my mind.
The atmosphere is great! Modern décor, great ambient hit music, and comfy couches and chairs make for a relaxing experience. Not to mention that while you wait, they normally have cold drinks to sip on. Maybe sometime in the future they’ll have some sort of set up where customers of age can get a glass of wine? :)
So far I’ve had my eyebrows threaded and a Brazilian wax. The threading, as I mentioned, is consistently great and I make sure to tip well because the price is so great too. (Less that $ 10 for threading? Yes PLEASE!) The Brazilian wax wasn’t my favorite, however I’m not a fan of waxing strips. I prefer hard wax because I don’t get ingrown hairs and my skin overall reacts much better to it. Also there was a good bit of hair left behind. I ended up being suckered into the «Nufree» wax (eh, she had clearly practiced the pitch and it sounded good) but I’ve had plain honey wax and strips used before and I couldn’t tell any difference. But hey, 5 extra bucks for a more natural product can’t hurt, right? For the price though, $ 30, the job wasn’t terrible, and if I’m ever right on money and need a waxing I’ll probably come here. Just maybe I won’t be so silent about the leftover hair and make sure she gets it all.
Overall, absolute five stars! I love walking in and feeling right at home, no matter who’s there. If you want a great salon experience, come here! They won’t let you down :)

Minaz got me in and done in under 15 minutes and she did an absolutely perfect brow threading. They say brows are sisters, not twins. Well, mine are Mary Kate and Ashley now. five stars on fleek!

I had my eye brows threaded here after it was highly recommended by a couple of my friends. Both of them recommended Minaz, however, she was off the day I came by as a walk in. Sonya did mine instead, and they still look amazing.
Very clean place and super short wait. I do plan on returning.

Came here for the first time after having someone ruin my brows. Decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did! They do a spectacular job, I’ve only tried their treading but next I’ll be doing the tinting. Service is fast and inexpensive. They do quality work. They have a special formulated serum that runs about $ 14 that helps with eyebrow growth. The staff is friendly and attentive and they offer specials on groupon. Love the experience I’ve had and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’m so obsessed with this place. I’ve been getting waxed for a while and it’s always painful. The lady I went to suggested I try the Nufree wax for my brazilian and I hardly flinched. My mom also got the Nufree and loved it as well. The price is also so affordable!

Wow! I was a walk-​in yesterday 3÷8÷16 and was taken care of immediately. A very nice gentleman let me into the bathroom while I waited, which was barely 5 minutes. Got my first eyebrow threading by Naurin and she was very informative on how my eyebrow shape should be, and how to take care of them. I always tried to pluck them myself but it’s too painful and with the wax I get breakouts. The threading was painless I was nervous for no reason. Naurin took care of me and I’m grateful that I’ve finally found someone to tame my brows. I’ve never seen my eyebrows so perfect. I will definitely be returning! Thank you Naurin! ;)

Had my first Brazilian wax today. The woman asked me to review the business. As personal as this is, I’m happy to do so. First, the business was very clean, from storefront to bathroom. My attendant was Minaz. She was friendly, professional, and explained everything she did. I found the fee to be very affordable ($ 25-​$ 30) and was very satisfied with the results. I’m a pretty free-​spirited person and things, such as nudity, do not usually bother me. I was a little apprehensive but Minaz put me at ease. Overall, it was a great experience (as great as getting a Brazilian wax could be).

Naurin was my threading technician, she was amazing! She made my first experience very fast, professional and personable! I will definitely be returning soon!

This was my second visit to WTS. First time was the grand opening. Everyone was so nice. This visit I got eyebrows threaded, underarms waxed and a Brazilian for the first time. Rose is amazing… love her!

What a great find! The whole crew is fantastic. Quick, painless (We’ll almost!), and so professional. The shop is immaculate and everyone is all smiles. I got a quick trim and some color in addition to the threading. My 5 year old got his first «big boy» cut. It’s a one stop shop! Definitely a hidden gem!

Today I had a Brazilian wax, eyebrow threading and an upper lip hair remover. My services were performed by Noureen. For all of you ladies out there if you’ve never had this done rush over to Wax Thead and Scissors and get it done right away. Treat yourself! It is the most amazing experience that you’ll ever have. I came in to get my brows threaded and tinted… they never looked better! Naureen was great! I’ll definitely be getting my lash extensions done there next! I just wish they did chemical peels too so it could be my total go-​to beauty salon.

I started going to Wax Thread and Scissors after their WONDERFUL «Grand Opening» promotion and was so pleased with the service I cancelled my membership at another location and started exclusively going to Wax Thread and Scissors for eyebrow threading every 2 weeks (just my personal preference). Their threading prices are very reasonable and both Naurin and Minaz are wonderful. For my first few visits they would try to convince me to try the tinting and I would always decline. They were running a special this past weekend and I decided to give it a try… I LOVE IT!!! It’s only been a few days and not sure how long it will last but so far I have zero complaints.

I came in for Minaz to thread my eyebrows. She wasn’t there so Sonya did instead. Not only is she amazing, but I got my underarms waxed with a new formula called NuFree that they offer. It’s SOY BASED! Now, they still have regular wax as well but I took a chance and was NOT disappointed. I will definitely be back! Thanks Sonya!!!

I absolutely love WTS ! I’ve been going to Noureen for my eyebrows for a few months now and I’m so happy with my results and the customer service here. She defiantly kept her word when she said «I will take care of your brows». My brows are perfect :))) if your thinking about going to this salon GO!!! you won’t be disappointed.

This is the best eyebrow threading salon (what I had) and very affordable. Received a warm welcome by Noureen and she was really personable. Very clean salon and she explains everything she put on you before starting. Went in on a week day so no wait at all and out in less than 15min.
Make this your new facial spa place, you won’t regret it. In a very convenience location too.

Omg I love this place! I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here five times now and I will never go anywhere else. Yesterday I decided to try the eyebrow tint. I LOVE it! It makes my eyebrows look fuller and natural and just so pretty. I highly recommend coming here for the eyebrow threading and tint. I’m going to try a facial next time I go

I’ve had the pleasure of getting my eye brows threaded by both Sonya and Minaz — beyond happy with the outcome on both occassions!
Today I had my first full leg and armpit wax at this location and I’m very pleased. I was comfortable and it was a very smooth process. Minaz did a great job of holding conversation and making the waxing as painless and quick as possible.
The location is very clean and presentable. The staff is welcoming and patient. Its a plus that they serve alcohol-​free beverages (water, soda and gatorade/​powerade).
I will be coming back!

Sonya did a wonderful job threading my eyebrows! I have never had it done before, and they came out wonderful. They look crisp and beautifully shaped. Also, you can’t beat the price! Only $ 7 with their beginning of the week special.

This place is great! I finally found my go-​to waxing place in Kennesaw. I was able to walk in (about 30 minutes before closing) and get a Brazillian Wax done by Sonya. She was friendly and very fast! I will definitely be coming back here.

I went seeking eyebrow threading services. Due to medical reasons, my brows are very thin & light. It doesn’t help that I have a dark complexion, it’s almost as if it’s nonexistent. I entered this place with fear as I had no idea what I was getting myself into. All I knew is that I needed them done. Sonya listened to me and offered me tinting. I have NEVER heard of tinting. I explained to her that I wasn’t trying to have that drawn on «on fleek» look. I can’t stand that! Sonya is the bomb (do people still say that?)!! I couldn’t stop smiling. I’m glad she did this for me. I will definitely be going back and I highly suggest that you give them a try.

Highly recommend this Salon for any and every service they offer. From facials to getting your eyebrows threaded. This place is amazing! My girl Noor is absolutely the most friendly and talented beautician there is! You will get addicted to her personality!

I’ve had my eyebrows threaded here multiple times now and they’ve been great everytime! Don’t be afraid to tell them how you want them done, I asked for thicker brows and they happily obliged!

The décor is on point as well. It’s well lit and very classy.
