I first requested a quote for my issue using the Unilocal app, and I was quoted $ 40 for a simple volume button fix (as long as the part didnt need to be replaced). I brought my phone in, and they were able to fix the button, but ended up charging me $ 60 since the issue was related to the frame of the phone. Knocking off three stars for the mis-​matched pricing, but the phone is working normally, which is what i needed. So i’d recommend them. Just get a definite price, up front, before they take your phone to the back.

They took my broken and phone and made it like new. I’m very pleased with the results they explained everything up front gave me a fair price and stayed within the estimated time frame. Sean was absolutely helpful from the moment I called and was able to take me the same day. I dropped my phone off and it was in good hands.
