I had been suffering from sinus infections and difficulty breathing for quite some time. Decided I was over my doctor giving me antibiotics and was ready to explore other options. Dr. Sigari was highly rated through Aetna’s website, so I went in and really liked how he explained the options and treatments. I had a a few procedures done, and through recovery I was a bit more swollen and in pain than normal, but Dr. Sigari had given me his personal phone number, so I was able to call him over the weekend and get his advice. Everything healed up great, I feel better, sleep better, breathe better, and hopefully those sinus infections are a thing of the past!

Dr. Sigari and his staff have a 10 STARS from me!!! That says it ALL. He performed my third sinus surgery (two previous were done by different ENT specialists). As a result, now I can freely bread, and my sense of smell is back.
Also, he did some cosmetic procedure on my face. I love it, and be back for more. I trust his judgment.

I just had a surgery on my sinus, performed by Dr. Sigari. It was my second sinus surgery (first one performed by another ENT specialist) and I have to say, I am amazed by his work. I woke up from anestisia with little headache but no bleeding or bruising.
My symptoms are gone. something that was suppose to be taking care of during my first surgery (by other MD.), I dont have any «stinkin» discharge and I can breath!!!
I think he is the best and I will highly recommend him to anyone who is dealing with sinus issues.

The staff couldn’t be more on their game, the office couldn’t possibly have better views, and Dr. Himself couldn’t be more knowledgable and experienced. I was impressed by the reviews before going, but floored when I arrived. Their equipment is high end, and you can rest assured knowing you’re in the best hands in California. They even gave me a DVD of my 3D X-​ray following my exam. This should be your first stop!

I have had ear troubles ever since I was a child and I have been to more doctors for it than imaginable, thus I have had my fair share of bad experiences. After visiting one doctor who spent three hours in my ear tormenting me and left me in severe pain for a week, I visited Dr. Sigari. What my previous doctor was not able to achieve in three hours, Dr. Sigari did in 5 minutes, with no pain. I was amazed and forever grateful. Since then I have only visited Dr. Sigari and found an ENT for life. He has been a miracle for me and I cannot recommend him enough to all my fellow sufferers. Before I speak about Dr. Sigari, I must thank all of those that gave honest and descriptive reviews of Dr. Sigari’s work and success. Without having read these reviews there would be no way for me to find him. So I genuinely want to thank all those that have posted reviews!
I have suffered with chronic sinusitis for most of my adult life and encountered my most difficult times in the last 6 years. I was under the care of Beverly Hills ENT that I thought had the training and expertise to remedy my stubborn left sinus fungal infections. After, 2 FESS procedures in the OR and 2 balloon sinuplasty in the clinic I found myself no better in 5 years. I was miserable with having to always have sinus rinses in stock and irrigate 3 – 4 times daily for years! Then, in January I found the Unilocal reviews on Dr. Sigari.
Honestly, he is truly a gifted doctor/​surgeon! As mentioned in the previous reviews, he has the skills and intelligence to handle the most difficult cases within his office. I told him several times, that I was likely his worst/​difficult sinus infection patient and his response was so positively confident that I truly had trouble believing him. Gosh, he is the real deal in which I give Dr. Sigari the utmost highest accolades of honesty, integrity and skills. He truly wants YOU to get better quickly. No short cuts, just smart surgical tactics to help you with the absolute best outcome.
He staged my left sinus with two separate procedures done in his office beginning in late February. The first procedure was just plain awesome and I thought my life couldn’t be better. But upon follow up, he showed me how he felt it was necessary for further minor revision to cut out some last stubborn diseased tissue that was, and could, cause again sinus infections down the road. He showed me through his instant office scans and video the need to stomp out the final portions of my sinus issue. In March, he finished up with this minor procedure. Its now April and I feel NORMAL. I never thought I could feel this way again. Today, I have little to none rinsing, effortless breathing, much better quality of sleep, my mood and outlook on life is so much brighter all because of Dr. Sigari.
I’ve been working in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years and a part of me feels sorry for all of Dr. Sigari’s ENT competition but at the same time there are so many new and experienced doctors that can learn from him. He has very impressive tools, devices, technology and staff. You cannot go wrong if you can get Dr. Sigari to care for you. I love this great doctor!

I just got out of sinus surgery a few hours ago and I can’t believe how professional and skilled Dr. Sigari was. He talked me through the entire procedure and made sure I was comfortable the entire way. I don’t have any pain whatsoever, just an oozing nose with a bandage under my nostrils (exactly as I was told to expect).
Dr. Sigari was able to do a surgery that would usually need general anesthesia in a hospital, but he did it right in his office! I think local anesthetic is way safer than being knocked out.
Afterwards I was able to see the entire surgery on a video monitor. Even though he’s probably got way better things to do he actually took the time to show me. It was unbelievable to see the Image Guided sinus surgery along with the balloon sinuolplasty thing in action.
I am thoroughly impressed by his genuine interest in my comfort, the professional attitude and bed side manner, and the level of technology he has incorporated into the practice. I truly don’t think I could have been in better hands.

Dr. Sigari is wonderful. I came in with a terrible sinus infection, and he sat down with me and discussed all of my options. He didn’t jump right to antibiotics, which I really appreciated. He has an excellent bedside manner and is very thorough. Couldn’t recommend more!

THE BEST DOCTOR IN TOWN! For the first time in my life, I can finally breathe like normal out of my nose! Life changing. The procedure itself only took about an hour or so and was done in office. Healing was fast as well. Truly can’t believe how much better my breathing is. I definitely recommend Dr. Sigari to anyone having nose/​sinus issues. :)

Oh my gosh — I am so blessed to have found Dr. Sigari! I went in because I was having some tonsil issues and if it wasn’t for Dr. Sigari’s observation & caring personality I would never have known I had any other issues!
As he was looking around on my first visit he noticed I had a deviated septum. I had no idea what this was let alone that I had one. After explaining it to me and what some symptoms are I realized I had been living with this for so long, years, and thought it was normal!
I used to wake up with the worst congestion in the world — have splitting headaches and migraines some days, I felt so groggy all day every day.
After my tonsillectomy and septum repair /​nasal surgery I feel 100% different. I can breathe clearly, I honestly feel like I wasn’t getting enough oxygen to my brain before because I feel awake and great during the day. The best thing is that at night I don’t have to breathe through my mouth anymore and I actually SLEEP.

I was frustrated with other ENT I saw and so I went to Dr Sigari after my family members had a good experience with him.
He is the best sinus doctor in Los Angeles! He was able to quickly diagnose my problem, he explained everything in a clear and concise manner. I was initially –pretty anxious about having any procedure done. But he and his staff were there for me, every step of the way.
I had the sinus procedure. The recovery was amazing. no pain! I now breathe and sleep better than I ever could imagine and it has only been a couple of weeks. I thought my symptoms were normal. I always had headaches that are now gone.

I was lucky to have found Dr. Sigari. I am very picky with choosing my doctors. As you can imagine I did massive research and read lots of reviews before choosing Dr. Sigari as my doctor.
His office is clean and modern, the location is just breathtaking, and the staff are very helpful and above all knowledgeable. I asked many questions during my short wait time, and they were able to answer them all. Dr. Sigari was everything I read about. Friendly, kind, with a good bedside manner. Dr. Sigari, his staff, and location/​facility are great! I have had issues with my sinus since I was a teenager including allergy issues, strep, sinus infections including long time frames for head colds and such, as well as issues with smelling (could never really smell much). I had gone to a few doctors over the years stating I felt like something with pushing on the left side of my face in my sinus and ear tube area… they said they couldn’t find anything. But I knew something was up… I’m a flight attendant and while flying I have always had an ear issue on that side the second I’m sick.
Well first appointment with Dr. Sigari he listened to my situation and suggested a scan (in office) immediately found the problem a deviated septum with a bone spur… bingo! Quick surgery including removing my tonsils (since I got so sick often and had deep pockets). Nose recovery… still the same look to my nose, no bruising, and no visible cuts… quick and mostly painless. The tonsils were the most painful recovery I’ve ever experienced and lasted 10 days but after that good to go! I didn’t respond to the pain meds like I should have. Tip: chocolate almond milk was good to my throat :)

I found Dr. Sigari after I was experiencing chronic sinus infections for months. After 1 visit he was able to identify the problem and proposed a few different surgeries to repair my sinuses. The entire staff at the Del Rey office was very helpful in setting up my surgery and the whole process was very painless. After I recovered from surgery, I felt like a brand new person. I had had mild sinus problems for most of my adult life and always just dealt with them because I felt like they weren’t affecting my daily life that significantly. Now that I have had my problems fixed, I wonder how I tolerated my sinus issues for so long.
If you are having some sort of issue with your sinuses or throat, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Sigari. I always thought I was catching simple colds, but there were underlying issues that I wasn’t ever aware of. It doesn’t hurt to come in for a visit at Del Rey ENT, and you might find solutions to problems that you always thought were things you had to deal with.

I was referred to Dr Sigari by my family who live here in Los Angeles. Dr Sigari had treated some of my family here and they highly recommended him for my sinus problems. I had seen several doctors in North Carolina for my sinus issues and even a Duke sinus surgeon who was highly regarded. They all just kept giving round after round of antibiotics and steroids and said I should just live with it. I want flying to visit and stay with family and thought I would give him a try. I was desperate as I get sick every year no less than 6 times with sinus infections.
I was amazed that in one visit he was able to diagnose the problem (the other surgeon I guess hadn’t taken the time to look at my CT scan) and offer me a procedure. Even better, he was able to perform the procedure all while I was awake in the office. The procedure took less than an hour. I had very little pain and other than some congestion. I felt back to normal the next day. And already I am feeling better. I am flying back to NC tomorrow and already have noticed a huge difference and it has only been 5 days since the procedure. I breathe better and the pressure and headaches are so much better!
His staff as amazing and were always able to answer my many questions. I feel very lucky because I didn’t even know having this type of procedure without anesthesia was even possible! Thank you so much Dr Sigari! He is the best sinus surgeon ever!

I did bilateral tonsilectomy one month ago with Dr. Sigari, and my review is two thumbs up!
After hearing many horror stories about the pain post-​surgery, I went to the surgery with a little fear of the pain, but I was getting fever because of my tonsils in a monthly basis which got in the way of my daily life. So, when I woke up from anesthesia I was surprised to feel almost no pain. At first I thought it was due to medication, but after a few days and the most I felt was a sore throat, I finally came to the conclusion that Dr. Sigari’s technique is awesome! Even though we don’t get to feel much pain after surgery, as with all surgery, resting and taking it easy is essential! So I want to say, thank you Doctor, from the bottom of my heart!

Three days ago, Dr. Sigari performed a tonsillectomy on me.
I live in San Francisco and heard the horrors of adult tonsillectomies from many people. Two or three weeks off work, bleeding, scabs, not being able to eat or speak for days on end, and lot of pain killers.
I did research online on the different procedures in hopes that something more modern had been developed, and I was led to Dr. Sigari and the tissue welding procedure that he uses. His website sells it as a «pain-​less» tonsillectomy. I was skeptical, but I went for it anyway.
Dr. Sigari was able to see me on a work trip to SF for the consultation, and his team managed everything else over email — paperwork, scheduling, pain killer prescription, etc. They are incredibly responsive.
I drove down Thursday night and had the surgery first thing on Friday. I’ve never been put under in my life, so I was incredibly nervous about it. I had the procedure in the St. John’s outpatient surgery center in Santa Monica, which was a beautiful facility full of incredible nurses who put me at ease. When I awoke, it was as if I had just taken the most pleasant nap of my life.
For the rest of the day, I had what amounted to a bad sore throat. I was able to drink water, swallow my pain meds, and even eat pudding and sorbet without much wincing.
By the next day, I was eating an omelet at a restaurant for breakfast. That night, I went out to eat with friends. By day three (Sunday), I was no longer taking the prescription pain meds and was onto plain Tylenol, where I am today. I’m eating every except for sharp, hard foods and citrus. I have what feels like a normal sore throat. It’s hard to swallow, but not unbearable.
This has been nothing like what I imagined. If I didn’t need to stick around LA for my followup appointments, I might already be back at work. I know there is still a risk for bleeding, but as of now, I’m feeling very confident. I have called or texted Dr. Sigari twice with questions, and he graciously got back to me within minutes.
I’m not sure why it’s still possible to even get a tonsillectomy with another procedure. It seems like the recovery time and pain levels are so much briefer with this procedure, it only makes sense for everyone who can to get it.
Thanks to Dr. Sigari and his team and the great staff at St. John’s, I’m already feeling healthier than I have in years. And it’s only been three days!

when i called to book the appointment the office assistant was warm and confirmed that they are in network for me (blue shield) and i was able to get schedule for the following day. the location is very convenient for me and there is also secure bicycle parking in the parking garage. I didnt have to wait too long to see Dr. Sigari. i came in to get wax removed from both ears and he did so quickly and carefully, making sure that i wasn’t in any discomfort. he also checked out my nose and was able to help pinpoint what was going on with my breathing at night. you can tell the doctor cares about his patients and isn’t just going through the motions.
after seeing a doctor with the house ear clinic for 15+ years, i was impressed by how Dr. Sigari ran his practice.
i can actually say that i’m looking forward to going back !

I’ve had trouble breathing out of my nose my whole life, but always concluded it was because I was a «mouth breather.» I never considered going to a specialist until my husband insisted I at least get checked out — which led me to Dr. Sigari who had the best reviews and awards of any ENT doctor in Los Angeles.
Within the first 5 minutes of my appointment, after peeking up my nose, Dr. Sigari explained that I had a severely deviated septum which could be corrected with surgery.
I heard and read mixed reviews about this surgery, not to mention that I was afraid of getting put under and going through any pain (yes, I am a baby).
It has now been a week and a half after my surgery. I am SO HAPPY that I decided to go through with it. Dr Sigari helped me every step of the way. The surgery was not a big deal. Within two days I felt alright– just a bit congested.
Now I sleep better, have more energy throughout the the day and can actually breathe out of my nose. It has made a world of difference in just a short time.
Dr Sigari has a special technique so there are no splints and no packing at any time after the surgery. Just a few dissolvable stitches.
Not only is Dr Sigari a phenomenal doctor, his staff is great. They are organized and very friendly. For my first appointment I waited under 2 minutes to be seen.
