One word: amazing! First because Kristen is extremely talented. Second for her capability to understand customers need and provide a outstanding customer experience. It was my first time and I am sticking with her forever. So don’t be afraid. She is amazing!

Ive been going to Kristen for the past 10 years and I get so many compliments on my hair. I’ve been every hair color from bleach blonde to black and then back to blond again. Currently I have dark brown with red violet balayaged highlights. She’s up to date with the new «in style» hairstyles. I had the ombré hair style over 3 years ago and I got so many compliments that I started noticing more and more girls getting it done. She has kept my hair very healthy throughout these color changes and processes. She’s done everything on my hair including Brazilian blowouts, keratin treatments, split-​end treatments, extensions (including ombré blonde extensions) and many more treatments that have helped my hair stay healthy. I only trust her with my hair :)
She’s also an expert on hair extensions. She has her own hair extension line, and she’s very knowledgeable on every method so whatever your preference is, chances are she’s an expert!

Kristen cuts hair with style and attention to detail. I sincerely tell her that she does not charge enough. Switch to having Kristen cut your hair and you will not regret it.

Super nice, great cut, free parking — would highly recommend! I definitely plan to go back to Kristen again! I’m very picky about my hair, and I very often hate my cuts and think they make my hair look worse and flat, but I think she did a great job! Was totally happy with how everything went.
