I could not even get past texting this guy to schedule an appointment properly. To me customer service starts with initial phone contact and this guy said it waste too much of his time to talk. Well my time of having to wait on answers through texting all day is a waste of time for me when you can get everything said and done in 30 seconds or less by phone. So, I decided not to have him come by after multiple texts throughout my day, but felt the need to warn others so they don’t experience the intitial frustration, and lack of customer respect I did.
Especially if you have an emergency.

I called Cody to get an estimate on replacing an outdoor water valve with a lever for my father-in-law’s house. I mentioned to him that my father-​in-​law was 82 years old, and he needed an easy turning valve. Cody bought a larger valve and installed it. He was quick and very professional. I asked him to replace the two shower heads, and he had two low flow shower heads in his vehicle. His price was incredible and very, very reasonable. If you are looking for a great plumber then call Cody.

Adding my five stars to the others. Cody came and fixed several nagging plumbing issues, including a toilet that a previous plumber had not handled correctly, which had resulted in a large water bill. Showed me why water meter indicated we didn’t have leaky pipes, and why toilet was the problem — and a fast, easy, and inexpensive fix. Total bill was very reasonable, although I gladly would have paid more to finally have this stuff off my list. We walked around our house last night marvelling at all the things finally working properly. Agree that Cody’s text communication is helpful and saves time — sent him a photo of shower type so he could buy part in advance. For next plumbing issue I won’t wait — he will get our call immediately.

Cody did a great job for me. He analyzed my problem right away, and because he had asked me to text him a photo before he came, he was able to bring all the right parts. He was totally prompt, professional, courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was clean, and working, before he left. Highly recommend him. Cody responded to my message requesting service very quickly — he came over the same morning, fixed my clogged kitchen sink quickly and was very friendly. He also explained the technique he was using to fix it, which I also appreciated. Would definitely recommend him!

I called Cody today because my garbage disposal was backed up. He was available the same day, and was at my home within a couple of hours.
Cody was quick to explain the different problem areas he check first, and how to fix them on my own. Once he identified the problem (about five minutes in), he showed me what tool I needed to fix it and also demonstrated how should I ever have the problem again. I was very impressed by this because he stands to make more if I don’t know how to fix it myself and have to call him again next time.
Cody was professional and his services are reasonably priced. I’ll be recommending him to my friends and family from now on.

Cody, the owner, is amazing! I called him early in the am and he got right back to me and said he would stop by on his way to another job. He is busy because he is good. He is very professional, friendly, clean, skilled and prepared. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a leak under the kitchen sink) and repaired it. Cody comes through for us once again. the guy is amazing! and always with a smile on his face. two repaired showers and now a cleared drain on an emergency call before 7am. very reasonable prices, good communications, and all around good guy.

Great communication (via text) lead to my leak being repaired pronto. Fair pricing and honesty shouldn’t be an oxymoron for a plumber, but it seems to be in West L.A. I am so happy to have discovered Cody, and although I can’t say I’m looking forward to having to call him again, I sure am relieved to know that he’s out there!

Excellent Skills /​Excellent Service!!! Had two faucets (bath and kitchen) with clogs making the water pressure decrease so all we were getting was a trickle of water coming out. It was our new tenant’s FIRST day so it was an embarrassment! I called Cody and he texted me back right away! Then gave me his thoughts over the phone about what might be the problem. I asked him to come over and he showed up early and was prepared to knock out the problems. Gave me regular reports as to how it was progressing and discussed options with me that SAVED US MONEY! He was super efficient and he really knows plumbing (which is what you want when you call for a plumber!) His pricing was totally fair and I was pleased on all levels. And the icing on the cake is that he is a very nice guy and a pleasure to talk to. So it’s an A+ on all accounts. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend him. Top quality!

Cody was fantastic! I called a day earlier regarding a clogged toilet that was backing up into the shower and he came in the next morning at a time that was convenient for us. He was right on time — even five minutes early– and got the job done efficiently and did not over charge. He was friendly and all of the roommates agreed that if we ever have plumbing problems again, he will be the one to call! Highly recommend him!

I called Cody when our kitchen faucet started leaking. He was polite and asked me to text him a photo of the faucet so he could figure out next steps… he got back to me right away and suggested I pick up the replacement cartridge at Snyder Diamond. I texted him back once I had the replacement part and he came over that afternoon to fix our leaky kitchen faucet. Cody showed up early and even though the job turned out to be a bit more complicated, he took his time and got the faucet fixed! Cody was polite, reliable and we would definitely use him again.

I am writing this for my mother. Cody is amazing. I had him out to look at my water heater and see what I should do about replacing it. Cody is VERY honest and told me that it was fine. He did not charge me. I would recommend Cody to anyone that asked.

Cody has come to our rescue many times and provides EXCELLENT service!
He works around our work schedules and has come to fix our plumbing needs the same day we reach out to him — even if he is really busy, he still squeezes us in. He’s installed a water purifier in our kitchen, unclogged multiple sinks, showers and toilets and has fixed leaky faucets. He’s incredibly professional, prompt, thorough and quick. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
