I’ve never even received any service from this company but they are the worst, one of their drivers made an illegal turn almost hitting my car like an idiot! Called the company to put a complain on their driver which obviously they don’t care what the hell they do cuz they never called me back a lady got all my info so someone can call me back! Never heard from them so unprofessional

Not only did this company charge me over double what I had been originally quoted, when my belongings were unceremoniously dropped at my door without the pack back in I was originally promised for the price all of the items were INFESTED WITH MOTHS. It’s almost a year later and I am still fighting them. Have had to throw out all my cashmere sweaters and 2 rugs. THIS COMPANY IS AN INSURANCE SCAM! STAY AWAY

We had a flood in our house this summer and had to move out completely. Eddie and his team worked hard, were punctual and communicated well. The pack out and pack in were miraculous– everything put back in its place as found and cleaner than when we moved out!
Throughout the process we had wonderful warm people who showed pride in their work, and who were diligent and made a point of walking me through things and making sure that we were happy. The refinishing and restoration work was efficient and beautifully done.
I feel very grateful to have found Eddie and his team during a most stressful time in our life.

This company was hired by my landlord or his insurance company to do repair work in the building I live in. I’ve been met by rude, insulting workers when I wanted to make sure everything was being done up to code and per AQMD (Air Quality Management District) standards. The supervisor on the phone was not very polite either and I do not recommend using this company. I’m sure there are many other reputable companies who will do things according to what the local code requires and I strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

ServiceMaster by Eddie (SME) was hired by my insurance company to complete a pack out/​pack back as a result of a water loss. Initially SME submitted a quote of $ 1500 for the entire job. When SME arrived to my home, 90% of the work had already been completed. When I inquired about the cost (since there was little work left to do), I was eventually told the price would be $ 1300.
I questioned the company’s ethics when one of the reps tried to have me sign a contract that contradicted what she was verbally explaining. I became more alarmed when I questioned the billing, she said ’ You don’t have to pay for it. The insurance company is going to pay.’ Later that day, I spoke to the rep’s supervisor who indicated to me that she didn’t want to work with me since I didn’t want to work with them (SME). She went on to tell me how SME was No. 33 in the company and they didn’t need my business. Consequently, I cancelled the remaining contract.
When I received a copy of the invoice that was submitted to my insurance company, there were several discrepancies. Most of them were resolved, with the exception of labor. Although the employees only worked 3.5 hours, they billed my insurance company for 8 hours. And when I pointed out this error, SME refused to budge. I was given several different reasons why they billed for more time than they actually worked. And here is the kicker… although they (SME) only completed half of the project (the pack out), the bill was about the same as the quote for the ENTIRE job.
I am thoroughly disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that I received from ServiceMaster by Eddie. I can not imagine ever recommending them to anyone!

I used ServiceMaster by Eddie when a drain backed up and I had a minor flood in my laundry room. They arrived within hours, and were very professional and thorough. They were very careful in moving around the washer and dryer, taped down paper very neatly, and were very careful to document all of their work. They set up industrial fans to run for three days, and came back every day to check the progress. Throughout the process, they provided thorough explanations to me of everything they were doing, and why. I would definitely use them again (but hopefully will not have to).

Two words… Eddie Elzarou! FAB-​U-​LOUS!!! During my whole nightmare with the flooding of my condo, there was only one positive thing that occured and that was Eddie Elzarou and his team. They came over and took charge of getting my place dried to ensure no mold would grow in my unit. They brought in 8 full size professional blowers and an air dehumidifier. Steve, from his team did a very thorough job of checking every area for moisture and showing me where it was and explaining things to me. He would also call me when he said he would and come over as scheduled to check on the drying process. After that was done and the movers moved my belongings out, Eddie came in to start the work of redoing the drywalling and completely redoing my 2^nd bathroom (replacing the shower and the sink). Eddie was always in contact with me. He was always professional and very pleasant to work with. He had estimates out to me quickly and explained exactly what was needed. He completed everything in the time he said he would and within 2 weeks my place was ready to be lived in again.
Eddie’s team also painted my unit with the colors I bought and didn’t charge me for the 12″ band going across the center of my room on all walls, which I thought was very nice considering everything I had been going through.
After everything was done and I moved in, he still kept me up-​to-​date as to what was going on with the Property Management Company and All Pro Copper Repipes and how neither of them would take responsibility for paying. Eventually Eddie recovered everything, but not without hassle.
I would highly recommend EVERYONE use ServiceMaster by Eddie to do any emergency work and contract work. He knows what he is doing and is professional, pleasant and fast!
