Shut Up & Move

I have been working with CC for about 12 weeks and have seen amazing results in that short time! I am not only 20+ lbs lighter, I have more energy and finally feel I have control over my eating. CC is passionate about your health and it shows thru her energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. She not only makes every work out challenging, she is genuinely concerned about my personal physical limitations and how to get t he best work out in spite of them. She also places a high value on my diet and nutrition, taking to consideration my busy lifestyle. She has coached me on not only eating right, but how to shop to make it easy for me to eat right.
I am looking forward to more weight loss, incredible energy, better balance and flexibilty and some great new muscles in the coming months! With CC’s help and guidance, I am confident I can obtain my goals.

CC is amazing. Unlike most trainers who want to push their agenda on you or their idea of what you SHOULD be doing, CC actually listens to your goals and designs your program around that. I have very specific goals around gaining strength so I can be a better aerial dancer and I have noticed a huge difference in my strength since I’ve started training with CC. I can suddenly do all these moves that I couldn’t earlier, and for the first time in my life I don’t have to say «I have crap upper body strength».
A side effect of doing this is weightloss. While I do need to lose weight that’s not my primary goal, but I am definitely happy to see that number on the scale go down since starting to work with CC.

I found CC through Unilocal and started training with her for about 2 months now. I was excited to have found a female trainer with flexible hours and reasonable pricing that did not require a gym membership. So far I’ve lost 14 pounds, improved my balance and have gotten a lot stronger. She’s thought me that by following the program I will get results (no need for any crazy diets). There is no easy way around it. You need to be committed to yourself. Her positive attitude is contagious and I’m always feeling like a million bucks by the end of my session. Every session is different and its exciting to learn something new. As a working mother of 2 I struggled with making time to work out. She encouraged me to get my children involved at home whether it was meal prepping or going for a jog around the block. I am confident to say that by the time my sessions are over I should have the ability to keep the weight off. I couldn’t have done this without her.

I was looking for a down to earth, energetic, positive, not boring trainer & that’s exactly what I got!
Her introductory program is great so you can get a feel of how she trains and if it’s the right fit for you. I was hooked so signed up for a 4mth SUPER SEXY program. I train 3−4xs a week & every single class is loaded with new & more challenging workouts. Definitely well thought out and catered to what I need. My boyfriend is noticing my whole body toning & I feel great inside and out.
I never used to cook or prep meals. Now I spend Sunday’s prepping healthy meals to take to work and make healthy nutritional meals for dinner. CC gives great ideas and always checks up on your progress during the week so you stay on track. She genuinely CARES… one of a kind! She makes you want to train harder & eat healthier.

I finally swallowed my pride and decided to get a personal trainer. CC was recommended by a friend and training with her has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in a while. My primary goal was to correct muscle imbalances and strengthen my core and only after a few weeks I can already feel and see the difference.
I’ve see trainers at the gym all of the time going the same routine with all of their clients. CC on the other hand put together a routine focused on my body type and weaknesses. Every workout with her is different. When I work out alone, she’s given me enough exercises and routines to keep me occupied.

I’ve been training with CC for almost a year and she is easily the best personal trainer/​training system that I have ever used. She is super supportive and makes sure that she gets the best results out of you through her one on one customized workouts. A lot of trainers just write you a one off plan but with CC every workout is slightly different. I have more than double my strength and people have commented on the change in my body shape. I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting lean, toned and in shape. Oh yeah and shes a damn nice person too

I started training with Cici about a year ago in her boot camp and just started one on one, Cici is light, exuberant and no nonesense. She is just the person to get you moving. No bullshit, no drama. If you want results and you want to be inspired this is your girl. I am not the kind of person to fall for trendy shit like «yoga booty ballet» or the «bar method» I danced classical ballet for 20 years you want a ballet body take a ballet class but if you want to be as fit and as strong as you can be without all the ballet injuries call Cici

As an avid gym goer, I usually always have a trainer to keep me motivated. CC is by far the best trainer I have had. She always comes prepared with a new workout tailored for me, she sends me reminders about my nutrition and checks up on me during the week, and knows she how to get results. I highly recommend her!

I could not recommend CeCe more! I began training with her after the birth of my daughter. After 3 months of bed rest and a C-​section, my body was in desperate need of work. She was patient, thoughtful and extremely professional. Initially, I was very embarrassed at how out of shape I had become but Cece helped focus on the positive and promised I would bounce back. Boy, did she deliver! I lost several inches around my mid-​section, shed 8% of my body fat, and am almost back in to my pre-​pregnancy jeans. I got major results after 12 sessions and couldn’t be happier. She works with you to tailor a workout for your body and includes nutritional coaching to the program. Her upbeat, can-​do attitude rubs off on you and I always leave our sessions feeling extremely motivated to keep up the good work!

CeCe changed my life. I struggled with my weight ever since puberty hit me hard at the the vulnerable age of 13. 2 years ago I met CeCe when she was a trainer at my local gym. The day I met her, I instinctively knew she would be able to get me to that point of feeling sexy and confident in my body. Her realness, fortitude, words of wisdom and knowledge of human anatomy, are just a few of her qualities. Not only did she train me for a10k, she helped me lose weight and feel AMAZING and CONFIDENT. She is also a great listener… and was truly like my therapist on some days. I trained with CeCe 3−5x /​wk. Thus, when you see someone that often, they will see every type of mood you’re in. She has seen me angry, cry, laugh, be silly and extremely exhausted. No matter where I am mentally, she always knows how to respond, motivate me, and push me to a level I never thought possible. I appreciate everything she has done for me. The day I left California, was a very sad day for me. Like I said, CeCe changed my life and I will forever appreciate her with all my soul. She wasn’t just a trainer for me, but a friend and confidant. Tears are definitely falling from my face at this moment. Well, to conclude this long review I just want to say thank you to CeCe for truly caring and loving your job. I am now going to «Shut up and move!

I started training with Cece a few weeks back and things are already starting to pay off. She is a great trainer and we are already making progress toward my goals. Her program focusing on both fitness, strength and weight loss is 2^nd to none. She also has a great personality and is fun to work with, which is very important when I’m dreading a morning session or trying to quit when the going is getting tough ha ha. She also gives very good advice on diet and exercise and I have no hesitation in recommending her to others especially for people like me who have been out of the gym for too long and working to get back in shape.

–I have been working out with CC for over a year now, and I have not only gained more overall strength. More importantly I have learned more about the value of strengthening my core and the value of having a dedicated program that suites my needs. We have worked a lot on flexibility and that Is something CC noticed that was paramount to my specific program and having CC there to help me «shut and move ‚» —is great …, if you are looking for someone who will hold you accountable — CC will be that person, but as I have learned — it s all how hard you want to work. And she will move at your pace! And she is very reasonable with her prices!

CC is the best trainer out there. I have been working with her for almost 2 years and she has definitely changed my body, my outlook on personal training and my attitude towards food. She makes me push myself every session and I look forward to our time together. She does her best to work around my busy schedule and she is reasonably priced. You must give CC a try if you are looking to make changes in your life and you want a supportive personal trainer who doesn’t have an ego or is only in it for the money & glam.

CC is an amazing trainer! Her years of experience and her fun and outgoing personality make for a great trainer and motivator. She puts me thru rigorous workout routines twice weekly. in the time I have been working with her I have gone from a size 4 to a 0 and gained upper body strength! Weekly we discuss my goals and review how far I’ve come! Her prices are extremely reasonable and her professionalism is next to none!
