I’m a serious customer! I don’t have time for small talk either, so when I say I’m thankful for jay at TechonSite… I couldn’t be more serious. Jay is prompt and dependable. My business depends on his service and he delivers!!!

I sell Time Warner Cable Business Class services, and one of my customer’s let me know they needed help ASAP to get their Point of Sale up and running again after it stopped working. I called Techonsite in the morning, and they were able to help that same afternoon, before the Point of Sale was needed in the evening. J had everything working an hour after arrival, and my customer was thrilled. The service they got from Techonsite was professional, fast, and could not have been better!

I had 2 desk top computers with various issues stop working. I called Matt and he was here within an hour. Not only did he repair both computers but he also repaired a 3^rd laptop computer and showed me how to transfer the files to an external hard drive.
In under 2 hours he had my office up and running and removed the ASK programs that I hate and defraged desk tops. Great service, friendly and lots of techie tips to help me. Will definately use him again and recommend him.

Matt is awesome. The best tech guy I’ve come across. He is very smart but doesn’t make me feel like an idiot. He is more than fair in pricing and stands behind his work. Absolutely fabulous!!!

These guys really know their stuff! I’m the odd bird (apparently) in the office that likes to use Mac… it’s so nice to know whether I’m calling for help about my teammates’ PCs or my Mac, Techonsite is my go-​to for help! They’ve also given great advice and serviced all of our server issues, telephone needs, wiring concerns and more. It’s nice to know Matt and Jay are always just a phone call away — they really live up to quick, «on-​site» service, which is imperative for our fast-​paced ad agency’s needs. I highly recommend them. Knowing they’ll be there for us 100% as we change and grow gives me peace of mind. So glad they’ve got our backs!

Matt is a great technician. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We were having some serious systematic issues and he tried a couple things and ended up getting our machines re-​working in a matter of hours. While sharing close quarters that day he was incredibly friendly and easy to get along with– always an added bonus when you’re sharing an office! Will absolutely use Matt and Techonsite again.

I have had the pleasure of Matt from Techonsite Corp help me with some computer issues. I did not know what new laptop to buy, and Matt helped me make a list for what I needed to run my business at maximum capacity. Once I bought the computer he helped me set up and run the computer so it will last 10 years, like my last laptop.

Techonsite is awesome! I’m a small business owner and don’t have don’t have need for a full time IT department, yet when an IT need arises, I can’t afford any downtime. Matt and J not only knew how to fix my complex (at least to me) issues, but they were able to do so quickly and affordably. Even though my job was a small one, they were on top of it (working over the holiday weekend) and immediately responsive to all of my questions and concerns.
I couldn’t be more appreciative nor could recommend them any more highly. They’re the best!

techonsite is a life saver! I came to marina del rey to visit my mum and she was freaking out because she couldn’t access her email. I checked some people she knows one of whom said she should have bought a mac. thanx a lot. I call techonsite and he helps me diagnose the problem on the phone, 5 minutes at that! I scored brownie points with my mum that day. she messes up her computer on a regular basis so I told her to put techonsite on her vendor list. we got polite and helpful advice. good people!
update: sure enuf. mum messed up the computer and called techonsite. she’s 89 and very much appreciated his kind and polite manner. plus very helpful. she’s happy with her computer now that it’s been touched by a computer angel.

A tech comes out, gives a quick look and wants to take the computer to work on it! 2 weeks later it is returned and you pay an obscene amount of money! «I have been utilizing Techonsite for my IT needs for approximately 5 years. The firm recently implemented the upgrade of a new server and workstations for my CPA firm. The majority of the work to configure the new server and workstations was done via remote login to my network, therefore there was no disruption to my normal day to day operation. The final steps of the implementation was done on a weekend so when my employees came to work on a Monday, they had new computers that were operational and the same desktop display as their old computers.
