We’ve been going to this place for almost 30 years and it’s still our go-to spot for wings. It was once owned by the friendliest Korean dude ever and he then sold it to his cook, who carries on the tradition exactly as it was with delectable fried bits of heaven, smothered in sauce ranging from mild to burn-your-tongue-off. The fries are a good way to go to balance all that tanginess and you might as well order the 24 size as you won’t be able to resist eating a ton of wings.

The wings were very good and affordable, albeit the sauce was a bit sweet for my taste. Service was prompt and friendly, and the location is about as good as it gets.

The website is inaccurate and out of date. The owner operator is friendly and courteous and the wings are tasty. He offers wings in orders of 12 or 24 in hot, medium, and mild. We ordered a total of 48 wings and it cost ~$ 35USD.

Best wings in venice beach!!! Miguel who works there is awesome and nice. The hot sauce is amaze balls:) a great place when you are heading to the beach. i usually get the cajun chicken sandwich and fries and bring it down to the beach with me! I highly recommend trying the cajun chicken. it is BOMB!!! All the deep fried goodies are good as well!

After strolling around Venice, we decided it was time for a fun snack. This place is right on the corner as you exit the beach. They have great fries, made to order. Worth the wait.

Awesome wings and the sauce makes them taste even better. I only like to get my hot wings from this place. I tell people about it all the time and they let me know that they can’t wait to go back. Try them you will love them!

This place has completely changed. They have no real variety of wings. The menu listed is outdated. Definitely need to have his Unilocal listing updated. When I asked for a couple is extra ranch the guy looked back with an attitude like I just asked him for free food. Glad it was free but his attitude sucked.

gonna sell me a $ 7 german sausage you better have sourkrout… peppers and onions and ketchup on a swiss bockwerst is a goddamn travesty. its not a philly cheese steak broe. this place is a tourist trap. have some integrity. believe in what you serve. its not that the food was THAT bad it was just too much money for cheaply sourced unthoughtful junk.

My boyfriend and I have a tradition of eating here when we go to Venice Beach. We either rent bikes or rollerblades and make a pit stop during our excursion(: They have outdoor seating so it’s perfect to enjoy the sun and still be in view of the ocean and take a small break from pedaling/blading/skating. We usually get 12 pieces of the spicy hot wings which are delisshhh! My boyfriend doesn’t like hot wings but he’ll eat the ones here! And we get an order of the onion rings which are nice and crispy and crunch and perfect with ranch! The order of chicken comes with celery and carrot sticks. Those are always a nice addition to some tasty wings! To make the meal perfect we share a bottle of crisp refreshing coke! The workers here are so friendly too!

Didn’t get a chance to try the place. Guy on the phone kept hanging up on me saying«I’m very busy, very busy» All I asked was«what time do you close». I had to call a few times just to get an answer

Not the fanciest place, but it’s right on Venice Beach to satisfy your wings cravings. There was 1 guy manning the place… he seemed like he needed help as he proceeded to ask every one in my party if we wanted mild or spicy for our respective orders 3 different times. Cash only. For the wings and chicken strips, you can only order in larger portions(at least 12). The chicken strips were very… interesting looking. I got the mild spicy, they tasted great at first, perfectly soft and tasty! But half way through, they got too salty and I just wanted a salad. I loved the chicken wings though! There was something in the sauce that made them sooo tasty!

It was good, but nothing out of this world. I don’t like my wings so well done. Almost crsipy with no meat, but I know people who like it this way and I’m sure they would love this place. The people who work there are great! They were happy to make it mild for me and give extra hot sauce on the side for the BF. Their onion rings were good too. A little greasy, but still good. Just an avaerage joint on the boardwalk of venice. Conveniently across the street from Whaler’s. So we drank at Whaler’s, went for food across the street and popped back into Whaler’s before hitting the beach. Good times. If you like your wings that way, check it out. Worth trying it out yourself to at least give it a try and judge for yourself.

I know this place is called«the wings», but the real star here is the cheeseburger! I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid taking the bus to the beach, and to this day, it is still my favorite burger in LA. It’s not a gourmet burger by any means, it’s more a classic burger. Must try it to know what I mean!

Great little wing place by the beach. I love coming here when I ride by bike at the beach. There are plenty of spots to lock up your bike nearby. Cash only. Boneless wings are great, I like em Hot! The 12 piece is not quite enough for two people but with the 24 you’ll have leftovers! Fries are good also! Tables are outside only!

I hate that this place is located on the beach because be prepared to leave with a big ol’ bulging belly! Lol its delicious and real easy to over stuff your face(: great wings although next time i want to try the HOT ones which I was warned about but I like to live dangerously. The mild were tasty but barely any heat if you’re into that sort of thing. I recommend this spot if you’re not up for anything fancy.

Good divey hole in the wall spot right across from the Venice Whaler. The wings have a mix of a barbecue and hot wing flavor. Fries are good and being cash only, I usually end up a little short for both the fries and wings which having just come from the bar is usually what I am itching for. Almost every time they’ll cut me a break and give me the combo for what I have! Gotta love that!

I am reading the reviews and all i keep seeing is how good the wings are. Don’t get me wrong, the wings are Great! But what everyone is missing out on are the chicken strips!!! They are not breaded, and they are PERFECT! Me and my friends come and get an order of 20 all the time. The cook is great. He still remembers my name even if it’s been a year since I have been in. I love this Place. One of my favorites!!!

Stopped in for some wings right before closing time. BF had the wings and said they were ok. I don’t eat wings so I opted for chicken strips. The«strips» didn’t look like typical strips, more like nuggets in a way. They looked strange and I was worried they would be greasy or burned but honestly they were pretty good. The clerk was really nice and you can eat outside and check out the waves in the distance which is cool.

If you like good wings… don’t get wings here. Maybe they have good fries it something but pass on the wings.
