Love these guys. Such great people, great work, honest work. Have used them multiple times.

My In laws are the owners. They do good work. They now have a Facebook page and are in the yellow pages. They offer 24 emergency service and firewood. If you need tree work done please give them a call.

I first called Lopez Tree Service because I think my kid goes to school with their kid and I wanted to «keep it in the family». After receiving NO return call, I went on Unilocal and looked at other reviews. I called one of the services here in Carmel and got a quick response. He was able to come the same day for an estimate and gave me a quote. I also called Central Coast Tree Service and they were able to come out the same day as well, but I was no longer available. We agreed on a time and they showed up as promised. It appears to be a husband/​wife team… we walked around my property… he and I talked and pointed, she wrote. I got an estimate slightly lower than the Carmel service. I negotiated it even a little bit lower and we set a date. I did not want to start any tree work without seeing proof of insurance. This was sent by email.
Fast forward to the work. Quick, clean, courteous. I wanted to keep a lot of the wood and my request was easily accommodated. After they loaded their HUGE truck with all the refuse, I pointed out one last thing I wanted done and I got a «NO PROBLEM» attitude from Claude and his crew. I recommend Central Coast Tree Service without reservation. The sun now hits my house again and I have lovely views of Carmel Valley. Who knew?

My very elderly father in Monterey still uses his woodburning stove as a main source of heat, and this company has been so kind and efficient — bringing cords of already split logs as needed, and stacking them in his woodbox, ready for use. The charges are very reasonable, and delivery is very fast. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. They came in a little cheaper ($ 80) than the other company I asked (Lopez). The owner showed up right on time for the estimate appt, then two days later as agreed the crew showed up and topped five trees, again right on time. After they were done I asked them to do one more tree. I felt bad because they had already cleaned up the site but the owner said no problem and put his guys right on it. They even cheerfully disposed of some branches that I had laying around.
They have been in the area a long time and clearly know what they are doing.
