Perez Painting did an exceptional job painting the exterior of our 2,800 square foot home. They were the most careful painters that I’ve ever worked with, showing respect for our house and property while getting the job done effectively and efficiently. I am incredibly pleased with the work Jose Perez and his team did on my house. I had recently removed popcorn ceilings from my house and got recessed lighting put in, which left my ceilings and walls in need of both repair and texture as well as painting afterwards. When discussing my needs and concerns, Jose brainstormed with me giving me a lot of options while never being pushy about which ones I should do. He talked me into adding on a little bit to my project by installing a wooden archway to add a visual separation between two rooms and I’m so glad he did! It looks amazing and I am very pleased with what these guys did. They’re quick, clean, timely, and a fair price. Definitely going to call these guys up for any future interior decorating needs in the future.

Jose Perez and his team has come through for me many times for the many homes I manage for clients. I put my reputation on the line when I use him for the work needed and he never disappoints me. JP Perez and his team did an amazing job on our 2000 sq ft condo. We literally had wallpaper on every single wall that had to be removed. They removed everything and did a fantastic job painting. JP is also good at decorating and had really great advice and feedback. I would highly recommend them.
