I only gave them 1 star because I had to! We placed an order for a grilled chicken salad, chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich. They asked us to pull aside which we did. We waited for about 10 minutes. They brought us our food after stopping at a car that had come later. We checked the bag and they brought the wrong food. So when I took it back in, the lady started running outside to find the car it belonged to. I informed her that they were gone but could I please get my food. She threw the food down and went about serving other customers. Finally, I asked the manager if I could get our food and she yelled something that I couldn’t understand. At that point they had completely ignored me and never apologized! So I went outside to get the receipt to get my money back. I thinks she still shorted us a penny and never apologized!

Don’t come to this Burger King and get the New Buffalo ckicken fries. If they ever run out they just put regular chicken fries inside the Buffalo box.
