Lake Tree Inn & Suites

My family has been staying at this hotel for many years during the 4^th of July weekend. It is definitely not a place we spend a lot of time in because we are here to see family on the lake so it is a means for sleeping and showering primarily. However, year after year now we have seen the rooms getting worse and worse. This past year it seemed our room was not cleaned at all even though they were insistent that it was. The press on nails and hair found in the bathroom was disgusting! But the worse part was that we found feces of a fairly larger rodent in the corners of our room!!! All they did was clean it, put traps down and were insistent that they didn’t have that problem there!!! No offer to compensate us… NOTHING!!! This will not be a place our family stays at any longer.
